A peeling member 1 includes a peeling sheet 1a comprising a base material 2 having a plate shape, and a resin coating film 4 formed on at least a surface of the base material 2 at a paper passing side. The peeling member is formed to peel a paper from a fixing member of an electronic photographic device by arranging a distal end portion 1c to be contacted with or close to the fixing member. The resin coating film 4 includes a pattern portion 5 formed of grooves 5a, which are a plurality of recessed portions, on a surface of the resin coating film 4 at the paper passing side. A recess is not formed on the base material 2 as a base part of the recessed portion, and the pattern portion 5 is formed after applying and drying a resin coating material and before baking the resin coating material.

The peeling portion 2 is arranged at one long side of the metal plate such that a paper passing surface 2b of the peeling portion 2 is formed as a flat surface continued to a surface of the support portion 3 and an opposite paper passing surface of the peeling portion 2 is formed as an inclined surface 2c inclined against the paper passing surface 2b such that a thickness of the peeling portion 2 is increased from a most distal end portion 2a of the peeling portion 2 toward a boundary portion 2d the peeling portion 2 and the support portion 3. The inclined surface 2c is arranged at a side of the fixing roller 6. A distance D1 between the most distal end portion 2a and the roller and a distance D2 between the boundary portion 2d and the roller fulfil a relation of D1D25D1.
SEPARATION MEMBER, SEPARATION DEVICE, FIXING DEVICE, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A separation member that is used to separate a conveyance object from two rotation members, the conveyance object having been sent out from a nip that is formed by the two rotation members that are in contact with one another, the separation member includes a wavy part directed toward the nip and inclined from a normal to a center line of the two rotation members at a predetermined angle. The wavy part covers a contact zone where the conveyance object can come into contact with the separation member along a conveyance direction and along a width direction of the conveyance object, and the wavy part has a plurality of depressions parallel to each other and extending in a direction inclined from the conveyance direction and inclined from the width direction, at least two of the depressions overlapping along the conveyance direction.
Image forming apparatus
A separating claw unit includes: a separating claw provided beside and against a surface of an image carrier on which a toner image to be transferred to a recording paper sheet in a nip area between the image carrier and a transfer section is to be formed, the separating claw being configured to separate the recording paper sheet having passed through the nip area off the surface of the image carrier in a direction away from the surface of the image carrier; and a cushion guide provided next to the separating claw to extend beyond the separating claw in the direction away from the surface of the image carrier, held elastically and displaceably away from the surface of the image carrier, and configured to come into contact with the recording paper sheet to guide the recording paper sheet downstream in a direction of conveyance of the recording paper sheet.
RECORDING MEDIUM PROCESSING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A recording medium processing device includes: a pair of contacting members including a first contacting member and a second contacting member, the first contacting member and the second contacting member contacting each other at a contact portion and contacting a recording medium passing through the contact portion, a contact position of the second contacting member on the first contacting member changing in response to displacement of the second contacting member with respect to the first contacting member in a state of being held in a position for recording medium transportation; and a guide member mounted to the second contacting member, the guide member guiding the recording medium having passed through the contact portion at which the first contacting member and the second contacting member contact each other.
IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image forming apparatus provided with a transfer device includes a separator, a post-transfer-residual-quantity acquirer, and a controller. The separator is arranged at downstream side from a transfer device in a conveying direction, is provided with a separation claw which contacts with the image carrier and separates the transfer medium from the image carrier, and performs contact/separate operation of the separation claw with/from the image carrier. The post-transfer-residual-quantity acquirer acquires post-transfer residual quantity in a region determined on a basis of a position of the separation claw in an axial direction of the image carrier. The controller controls the contact/separate operation of the separation claw with/from the image carrier on a basis of the post-transfer residual quantity acquired by the post-transfer-residual-quantity acquirer.
Motor driving device, sheet conveying device, and image forming apparatus
A speed control portion of a motor driving device performs a deceleration control of decelerating a rotation speed of a driving motor based on a first pulse signal for the deceleration control that includes a plurality of pulses whose pulse width corresponds to each commanded speed to the driving motor. A pulse signal output portion generates the first pulse signal and a second pulse signal and outputs the second pulse signal to the speed control portion after outputting the first pulse signal to the speed control portion, wherein the pulse width of the first pulse signal changes by obeying a predetermined rule that corresponds to a deceleration tendency of the rotation speed during the deceleration control, and the second pulse signal does not obey the predetermined rule. When a determination processing portion determines that the second pulse signal is included in an input signal, the deceleration control is ended.
