DEVELOPING DEVICE, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

A developing device develops, with developer, an electrostatic latent image formed on an image carrying member, and includes a developing tank, a developer carrying member, and a drive input portion. The developing tank stores the developer and has a receiving port and a discharge port through which the developer is received and discharged respectively. The developer carrying member rotates in the developing tank while carrying the developer. The drive input portion receives a rotational force from outside the developing device and transmit the rotational force to a driven rotation shaft that is a rotation shaft of the developer carrying member. The receiving port, the discharge port, and the drive input portion are provided in the developing tank to be close to an end of the developing tank in a longitudinal direction of the developing tank.

IMAGING SYSTEM

An imaging system includes a main body to accommodate a roller, and a lubricant unit. The lubricant unit includes a casing having an opening and a lubricant storage disposed inside the casing to store a lubricant. The casing is pivotably connected to the main body to displace the casing between a closed position and an open position. In the closed position, the lubricant storage is positioned to bring the lubricant in contact with the roller through the opening, and the pivotable connection is disposed below the casing. In the open position, the opening is exposed to an outside of the main body, and the opening of the casing is disposed upward.

Recovery container and powder coating device

A recovery container includes: a container body that is attachable to and detachable from an attachment target and capable of accommodating a powder; a first insertion portion that is provided at the container body, is capable of protruding from one of two wall portions of the container body at opposite sides in a direction intersecting an attachment direction of the container body, and is to be inserted into a first opening provided in a portion of the attachment target facing the one of the two wall portions by movement in a protruding direction of the first insertion portion; a second insertion portion that is provided at the container body, is capable of protruding from other of the two wall portions to a side opposite to the first insertion portion, and is to be inserted into a second opening provided in a portion of the attachment target facing the other of the two wall portions by movement in a protruding direction of the second insertion portion; and a third insertion portion that is provided at the container body, is capable of protruding from the other of the two wall portions to a side same as the second insertion portion, and is to be inserted into a third opening provided in a portion of the attachment target facing the other of the two wall portions by movement in a protruding direction of the third insertion portion.

Recovery container and powder coating device

The conveying member conveys waste developer in a longitudinal direction of the waste-developer accommodating chamber. The conveying-member accommodating unit accommodates the conveying member therein and has a first opening and a second opening. The first opening is provided in an upstream end portion and allows the waste developer to move from outside of the conveying-member accommodating unit to the inside of the conveying-member accommodating unit. The second opening allows the waste-developer to move from the inside of the conveying-member accommodating unit to the waste-developer accommodating chamber. The supporting member is provided on the casing. The supporting member supports the conveying-member accommodating unit such that the conveying-member accommodating unit is movable in directions perpendicular to the longitudinal direction relative to the casing.

Image forming device and process cartridge therefor

An image forming device is provided with a housing formed with an opening, a cover configured to move between a closing position and an opening position, and a plurality of process cartridges including a first process cartridge and a second process cartridge. The first and second process cartridges respectively include first and second photosensitive drums configured to rotate about first and second drum axes both extending in a first direction. The first and second developing devices are configured to supply toner to the first and second photosensitive drums, respectively. The first and second supplying devices are formed with first and second supply ports through which the toner to be supplied to the first and second developing devices are provided, respectively. Both the first and second supplying ports are opened to outside the housing.
