An image forming apparatus, including a casing, a toner cartridge, and a process cartridge, is provided. The toner cartridge detachably attached to the casing stores toner therein. The process cartridge detachably attached to the casing includes a developing unit and a drum unit. The developing unit includes a developer roller and a toner conveyer tube. The toner conveyer tube has a first opening, through which the toner from the toner cartridge is acceptable into the toner conveyer tube while the toner cartridge and the process cartridge are attached to the casing. The drum unit includes a photosensitive drum supporting the toner conveyer tube by contacting a circumferential surface of the toner conveyer tube. The developing unit is pivotable with respect to the drum unit with the toner conveyer tube and the drum unit being slidable on each other.

An image forming apparatus includes: a main body that forms an image on a sheet; and a removable unit that is attachable and removable to and from the main body, wherein the removable unit includes a first unit attachable to an outside of the main body, and is packable separately from the main body in a state removed from the main body.

An image forming apparatus includes an apparatus main body, a drawer, a drum cartridge, an exposure device, a fixing device, and a toner cartridge. The drum cartridge includes a photosensitive drum, a cleaning member, a developing device, a waste toner conveying pipe, and a frame. The toner cartridge includes a toner container and a waste toner container. The cleaning member is located between the photosensitive drum and the fixing device in a vertical direction in the state where the drum cartridge is mounted to the drawer and the drawer is located at an inner position. The drum cartridge is capable of being mounted to the drawer. The toner cartridge is attachable to and detachable from the drum cartridge.

A printer includes an image forming unit configured to form an image on a sheet by an electrophotographic method, and a recording unit configured to record an image on a sheet by an inkjet method. An image recording position of the recording unit is located above an image forming position of the image forming unit.

An image forming apparatus includes a main body that includes a photosensitive member on which an electrostatic latent image is formed and a development unit configured to develop the photosensitive member with toner. The main body is configured to discharge a recording material on which an image is formed with the toner onto a discharge tray. The image forming apparatus also includes a toner supply port on which a supply container is mounted to supply toner to a toner containing portion of the development unit. The image forming apparatus further includes a non-contact communication portion including an antenna and configured to receive a signal for user authentication. The discharge tray, the toner supply port, and the non-contact communication portion are provided at an upper portion of the main body. The non-contact communication portion is provided outside the discharge tray when the main body is viewed from above.

An image forming apparatus includes an image forming unit configured to form an image on paper, an operation unit, and a controller to receive an execution signal and control the image forming unit. The operation unit includes a touch panel display to receive a touch operation by a user, and to display an execution icon to be touched by the user to enable the operation unit to transmit the execution signal to the image forming apparatus. The operation unit further includes a cable connected to the operation unit to transmit the execution signal to the controller, an exterior cover configured to form an exterior, and an insertion member disposed on a side opposite to a side where the touch panel display is disposed on an outside of the exterior cover to pass fingertips of the user through when the user operates the operation unit while holding up the operation unit.

An image-forming device includes a main casing, a belt accommodated in the main casing, developing units arranged along the belt, a drawer configured to detachably support the developing units, the drawer configured to move to a position inside the main casing and to a position outside the main casing, and the drawer having a leading end and a trailing end in a pulling direction from the inside position to the outside position; and a guide configured to guide the drawer and to move between a first position and a second position when the drawer is at the inside position, the second position being farther from the belt than the first position from the belt. When the guide is at the second position, the guide is configured to be tilted downward relative to a horizontal direction such that the leading end is lower than the trailing end.

An image forming apparatus according to the present invention includes an optical box, a housing having a discharge opening, a cover provided downstream of the optical box in a discharge direction in which a recording material is discharged through the discharge opening and forming a part of the housing, and a circuit board, wherein the circuit board includes a plurality of electronic components and a wiring board configured to electrically connect the plurality of electronic components, the circuit board is disposed in such a direction that a surface of the wiring board on which the plurality of electronic components is mounted intersects the discharge direction, and the wiring board is provided between the cover and the optical box in the discharge direction, and wherein, when viewed in a vertical direction, the optical box and the plurality of electronic components partially overlap each other.

An image forming apparatus includes a main body that includes a photosensitive member on which an electrostatic latent image is formed and a development unit configured to develop the photosensitive member with toner. The main body is configured to discharge a recording material on which an image is formed with the toner onto a discharge tray. The image forming apparatus also includes a toner supply port on which a supply container is mounted to supply toner to a toner containing portion of the development unit. The image forming apparatus further includes a non-contact communication portion including an antenna and configured to receive a signal for user authentication.
