Slatwall assembly and associated method of installing the same
A slatwall panel assembly that exhibits exceptional strength for holding heavy objects and unprecedented durability for long-term, indoor and/or outdoor use, including: (a) a top starter panel; (b) a first slatwall panel; (c) an optional additional slatwall panel; (d) a bottom finishing panel; (e) wherein the top starter panel is securable to an upper portion of the first slatwall panel; and (f) wherein the bottom finishing panel is securable to a lower portion of the first slatwall panel or a lower portion of the optional additional slatwall panel.
Modular pusher tray assembly
A product display merchandiser includes a tray having a top product-supporting surface with a longitudinally extending channel defined therein. A first sidewall has a vertical portion and a horizontal portion, and at least a laterally inner part of the horizontal portion can slide laterally with respect to the tray between a bottom of the tray and a base plate below the tray. A front end of the tray has a fitting received in a socket in the base plate. At a rear end of the tray, the channel receives a support assembly that connects the tray to a support structure.
REINFORCED SLATWALL ASSEMBLY
A slatwall assembly and related slatwall for covering an existing wall. The slatwall assembly includes a surface profile and a reinforcing profile, at least one of the two being attachable to the existing wall. The surface profile includes a front vertical panel that is positionable with respect to the existing wall to define a gap therebetween and provide coverage thereto. The reinforcing profile is operatively coupled to the surface profile. The material of the reinforcing profile can be stronger than the material of the surface profile for reinforcement thereof when coupled together. The reinforcing profile can be operatively coupled to the surface profile so as to be held together for attachment onto the existing wall. The surface profile can be configured to cover at least a portion of the reinforcing profile, so as not to expose the reinforcing profile when an entire slatwall is assembled from the plurality of slatwall assemblies.
DISPLAY PANEL ATTACHMENT METHODS
Methods of attaching hooks, fixtures, assemblies, brackets, shelves, attachment points, supports, tools, bins, and similar apparatus to a display panel. Some disclosed attachments include a baseplate having a rotational axis around which the baseplate is rotated during installation. The baseplate defines at least one clearance providing clearance between the baseplate perimeter edge and a display panel when the baseplate is rotated into position. The baseplate may also include at least one engagement portion limiting the baseplate from being further rotated around the baseplate axis in the installation direction, upon engagement with the display.
Mounting system with horizontally-slideable bracket and support bracket
The mounting system includes a first crossbar, at least one horizontally-slideable bracket on the first crossbar, and a first support bracket and a second support bracket respectively on a first end and a second end of the first crossbar. The first support bracket and the second support bracket attach the first crossbar to a first vertical upright and a second vertical upright of a consumer product display, respectively. The support brackets each include a major body, and a first engaging structure and a second engaging structure on a first end and a second end of the major body, respectively. The engaging structures each are configured to respectively connect to a front set of teeth and a back set of teeth, where the front set of teeth and the back set of teeth run along a longitudinal length of the first vertical upright and the second vertical upright, respectively.
WALL AND CEILING TRACK SYSTEM FOR MOUNTING DEVICES
The presently claimed invention contemplates a track for mounting devices onto a structure with a support surface on a rear side of the track configured to be installed on a structure. The track further comprises a first rear-facing hook and a second rear-facing hook that bends toward the rear side of the track. The first and second rear-facing hooks are disposed on opposite ends of the support surface.
Display Panel Connecting Rods
Embodiments include display panel connecting rod assemblies and display panel systems including display panel connecting rod assemblies. Alternative embodiments include methods of assembling a display panel system using connecting rod assemblies. Display panel connecting rod assemblies may include a central rod portion, a first terminal baseplate connected to a first end of the central rod portion, and a second terminal baseplate connected to a second end of the central rod portion, positioned away from the first end of the central rod portion. The first and second terminal baseplates are configured to engage with and support corresponding display panels, in some cases without the use of tools.
Router bit rack, system and method thereof
A rack for supporting items defines a channel or trough to receive support bases or blocks therein. Each support base carries at least one item. One item may be a router bit. The rack and support base(s) may collectively define a router bit storage and display system that can be mounted to a support surface, such as a wall or a router table. The system enables a woodworker to safely store and easily access router bits for use in their router device when needed. The router bits are maintained spaced apart from each other when supported by the rack so as to not damage each other. The system can be modular or modularly expanded to grow with the woodworker such that when the woodworker acquires more router bits, the system can add more racks and support bases to ensure there is adequate room for the woodworker's additional router bits.
Wall hanging system
A tool hanging system. The tool hanging system includes a power tool having a mount receiving portion. A mounting attachment is engaged with the mount receiving portion. The mounting attachment includes a first portion adjacent to the power tool and an overhang portion spaced apart from and opposite the first portion. A groove is located between the first portion and the overhang portion. The mounting attachment also includes a peg board projection, the peg board projection projecting away from the power tool and past the overhang portion. The peg board projection engages with a pegboard.
WALL HANGING SYSTEM
A wall panel system including a first wall panel, the first panel including at least a first panel hook portion. The system also including a second wall panel having a different configuration than the first wall panel. The second panel includes at least a second panel hook portion and a third panel hook portion opposing the second panel hook portion. The first wall panel is configured to engage with the second wall panel to create a wall panel assembly.
