PROMOTION DEVICE
The invention provides a promotion device for communicating information regarding a product on display on a display system for retail and attached to a hook or rod that is part of a store fixture shelving system, a pegboard or slatwall system, or display system for retail, said device comprising a mounting part for attaching to a rod of said retail display system, an arm extending from said mounting part to an end of said rod, and a frame attached to an end of said arm and for said frame providing a cadre around the product.
System for Inventory Management
Sensor-equipped display management systems and methods that may be used to calculate a number of products removed from a display management system based upon motion of one or more mechanisms within the display management system. Additionally, the systems and methods may be used to detect patterns from the sensor data, which may be indicative of attempted theft of products stored within the display management system.
INVENTORY TRACKING SYSTEMS
A system includes a product shelf configured to store a product, an end point device coupled to the product shelf and including a sensor configured to detect movement of the product towards a front of the product shelf, and a hub device with a processor, a memory, and a communication device. The end point device is configured to determine that a product is removed from the product shelf based on sensor data obtained from the sensor, and to transmit product removed data to the hub device based on the determination that the product was removed from the product shelf. The hub device is configured to obtain the product removed data from the end point device, and to calculate inventory data indicating a quantity of product stored on the product shelf based on the product removed data.
ANTI-THEFT MERCHANDISE HOOK
An anti-theft merchandise hook that includes a top wire connected to a housing and to a mounting portion, used to mount the anti-theft merchandise hook to a stationary surface, at an end of the top wire. A bottom wire is attached to the mounting portion and extends from the mounting portion towards the housing. The bottom wire is configured to hold retail merchandise. A hanger is at least partially disposed within the housing. The hanger is configured to move between a closed position in which the hanger abuts the bottom wire, and an open position in which the hanger is spaced some distance from the bottom wire. A motor is configured to move the hanger between the closed position and the open position.
MERCHANDISE DISPLAY HOOK INCLUDING ANTI-SWEEP MECHANISM
A merchandise display hook and method for dispensing one or more items of merchandise from a merchandise display hook and/or for loading one or more items of merchandise onto the display hook are provided. The display hook may include at least one rod configured to be mounted to a display fixture and to receive one or more items of merchandise thereon. The display hook may also include a helix disposed about the rod and extending at least partially along a length of the rod. The helix is configured to rotate in a dispensing direction for dispensing the one or more items of merchandise from the rod and/or an opposite loading direction for loading the one or more items of merchandise onto the rod.
Apparatus for inhibiting dislocation of an electronic shelf label (ESL) assembly
Apparatus firmly holds and protects an ESL (Electronic Shelf Label) assembly (ESL attached to a basket clip) installed onto a retail basket wire member so that the ESL assembly is prevented from being dislocated off the wire member by impact or disturbance. Apparatus confines the ESL assembly on a retail basket wire member with a rear lip engaged behind the rear portion of the basket clip, and a front face that engages with the front face of the ESL. A bottom tongue engages with the bottom edge of the ESL to immobilize apparatus on ESL assembly. Apparatus has two protruding shoulders or a friction coating to prevent horizontal dislocation of apparatus off ESL assembly. Another embodiment of apparatus in the form of a strip is adapted to engage with a plurality of ESL assemblies. Apparatus has holes so it can be additionally immobilized onto the wire member with fasteners.
Merchandizing system for displaying cleaning devices
A merchandizing system for displaying cleaning head assemblies and handle assemblies including a plurality of rail arms extending from a display wall, a plurality of cleaning head assemblies each having an attachment portion and a cleaning head, and a plurality of hanging mechanisms each having an attachment portion for releasable engagement with one of the attachment portions of the cleaning head assemblies. The cleaning head assemblies are supported from the rail arms by the hanging mechanisms, and the plurality of rail arms are angled downward to allow the cleaning head assemblies to be gravity fed.
Pegboard adapter and method
An adapter for attaching a slatwall accessory to a pegboard comprises a first region with an elongated aperture being sized and shaped to receive an offset portion of the slatwall accessory therethrough, two hooks disposed on one edge of the first region and being configured to attach the adapter to the pegboard, a second region extending from the first region in a vertical direction and being offset therefrom in a direction away from the pegboard, during use of the adapter, and a flange terminating the second region and being configured to abut a surface of the pegboard during use of the adapter. The flange can be replaced with a third region to receive another flange of the slatwall accessory and a fourth region to detachably attach a bottom of the adapter to the pegboard. The adapter can be configured as a rail to attach a plurality of the slatwall accessories.
Pull-slide system and method for suspended merchandise items
A system and method for displaying and dispensing items of merchandise placed in a row suspended from a cantilevered support mounts a track above the support, and couples a slide with the track for sliding movement along the track. An arm is carried by the slide and extends downwardly for engaging the row of items. A grip on the slide enables a purchaser or the merchant to grasp and manually move the slide and the arm from a rearward position, wherein the arm is located behind the row of items, toward a forward position so as to engage and move the row of items toward a forward point-of-purchase, thereby placing a forward-most item at the point-of-purchase. Upon release of the grip, a return spring returns the slide and the arm to the rearward position.
MODULAR LABEL TRACK SYSTEM
A shelf label system for organization of products according to a modular plan identifies product information on a retail store shelf. It retains original location and product information. The system comprises at least one elongated shelf label track attached to a front face of the retail store shelf, a plurality of label holders, each fitting within and able to move along a length of the shelf label track. Each label holder has a hinged panel that can be folded such that only a first face of the hinged panel is visible. In an open position, a face of the main panel and a second face of the hinged panel are visible. In an alternative embodiment, the label holders are allowed to move along the slot but can only flip over in the cutouts. A locking cover may be implemented to prevent unauthorized persons from modifying the labels.
