A product-display system for displaying and securing a retail product. The system may include a retainer having a retainer bracket and a retainer body coupled to the retainer bracket. A retaining cable may be coupled to the retainer body at an opening in the retainer body. A fastener that may be unfastened to release the product from the retainer may only be accessed through the opening of the retainer body such that when the retaining cable is coupled to the opening, no fasteners of the retainer may be visible or accessible. The system may also include a display stem for holding the retainer and product. The display stem may include a recess for receiving at least a portion of the retainer body. The retaining cable may extend through the display stem and may simultaneously transmit power and data to a displayed product. The retainer may be returned to and held on top of the display stem using a retaining cable. The retainer may be oriented on top of the display stem in one or more predetermined positions through the use of magnetic forces.

A security apparatus is disclosed herein for securing a secured object to a tabletop of a display table or to another display surface. The security apparatus comprises a housing with a support surface for supporting the secured object. A pair of arm assemblies extend above the support surface and are configured to move between an open position where the secured object may be placed on or removed from the support surface. A mechanical drivetrain is provided for actuating the arm assemblies between the open and closed positions. When the security apparatus is attached to a tabletop of a display table, at least a portion of an actuator of the mechanical drivetrain will extend beneath the surface of the display table, which should be made inaccessible to the public.

A method of displaying a portable article having a body with a peripheral edge. A support assembly with a frame, fixed relative to a support, is obtained having U-shaped receptacles and a blocking assembly. The portable article is slid guidingly against the support assembly in a first direction consistently along a predetermined first path from a pre-assembly position into a display position. With the blocking assembly in a first state, the blocking assembly does not interfere with guided movement of the portable article oppositely to the first direction from the display position. With the blocking assembly changed into a second state, movement of the portable article in the display position along the predetermined first path oppositely to the first direction is blocked.

Security apparatuses, and methods for providing the same, are described herein. In certain embodiments, a security apparatus includes first and second mounting brackets each including a respective support shelf and a respective support arm. One or more brace elements are attached to the support shelf of each of the mounting brackets. Each brace element includes a respective corner element to be placed over a respective one of four corners of a rectangular shaped portable electronic device. A pair of neck portions are securable to one another with the first and second support arms sandwiched therebetween. A collar is configured to be slid over and encase peripheries of the neck portions. One or more bolts or other fastener(s) extending from at least one of the neck portions, or attached thereto, is/are used to secure the security apparatus to a tabletop of a display table or to another display surface.

An object anchoring assembly includes a housing that can be positioned on a horizontal support surface having an object being positioned on top of the housing. A plurality of arms is each slidably integrated into the housing and each of the arms is positionable in a retracted position or an extended position. A plurality of engagements is each is movably integrated into a respective one of the arms. Additionally, each of the engagements engages the housing at a variety of locations to retain the arms at a selected degree of extension to accommodate dimensions of the object placed on the housing. A coupler is movably coupled to the housing to engage the support surface thereby inhibiting the housing from sliding on the support surface.

The device may include a lower part (3) cooperating with the shelf system, an upper part (2) that can be connected to the lower part (3) and a holder (4) for the small article, wherein the lower part (3) and the upper part (2) can be connected via a latching connection or a clamping connection via connecting elements (5) which are formed on the lower part (3) and/or on the upper part (2) and which engage in corresponding receiving openings (12) in the mating piece, and the holder (4) for the small article is connected laterally to the lower part (3) and/or the upper part (2), and at least two holding wings (15) for receiving the small article are formed on the upper side of said holder.

Systems and methods are directed to securing products to product display assemblies. In one aspect, a product display assembly includes an adjustable bracket for securing a product. The adjustable bracket for securing a product comprises a first bracket arm, a second bracket arm, and a base comprising a top plate, a bottom plate, a gear located between the top plate and the bottom plate, and a lock that is controllable between a locked state and an unlocked state. The first and second bracket arms extend laterally outward from opposite sides of the base. The gear is located between the top plate bottom surface and the bottom plate top surface. The lock compresses the top plate and the bottom plate together to restrict extension of the first and second bracket arms relative to the base.
