A frame apparatus adapted to use on any surface structure, is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a frame, a frame cover and a visor clip mount, a frame comprising one or more flanges extends from a peripheral edge of the frame. A frame cover comprises at least two recess for receiving a picture, wherein the frame is fastened to the frame cover. The flanges are adapted to overhang the frame cover to secure the frame, picture and transparent frame cover in assembled condition. The visor clip mount is disposed at a rear side of the frame configured to receive a visor clip. The apparatus further comprises a stand mount adapted to hingedly fasten a stand. The stand enables the frame apparatus to be placed on a flat surface and the visor clip enables the frame apparatus to fit on an automobile visor.

A picture stand system for coupling a stand to a picture frame includes a picture frame. A stand is provided and the stand is selectively coupled to said picture frame. Moreover, the stand is configured to props the picture frame up on a support surface thereby facilitating the picture frame to be displayed. An adhesive layer is coupled to said stand. The adhesive layer adhesively engages the picture frame to retain the stand on the picture frame.

An image display including an image substrate and a support structure. The image substrate has an image printed on a first surface. The support structure can include a front sheet and a plurality of side strips extending from the front sheet. The image substrate can be adhered to an external surface of the front sheet so that the front sheet forms a rigid backing for the image substrate. A variety of image substrates are provided.

A picture frame apparatus for decoratively displaying a picture includes a translucent layer with a first face and a second face. A mirror layer is coupled to the second face of the translucent layer and has a first surface and a second surface. The first surface is reflective and abuts the second face of the translucent layer. The mirror layer has an aperture extending therethrough.

A frame assembly for supporting a flat article. In one aspect, the frame assembly may include a stack including a transparent window panel and a frame. The frame may include a floor structure for supporting the stack and an outer annular wall coupled to and surrounding the floor structure, the outer annular wall including a plurality of corners, an outer surface defining a periphery of the frame, an inner surface defining a display cavity, and a front edge that defines a display opening configured to allow the stack to pass therethrough into the display cavity.
