In the control system a gearing device includes a hybrid gearing device including a first element, which is movable around a first rotation axis and including a drive runner made from elastomeric material, and a second element, which is movable around a second rotation axis and including a rolling tooth system. The drive runner cooperates with the rolling tooth system by friction.
