MOUNTING SYSTEM, METHOD, AND DEVICE
The present invention relates to a system, method, and device for mounting pictures, art, and other framed images on a wall or other mounting surface by creating a receptacle in the rabbet area of the frame for the framed image wherein the receptacle fits onto a mounting plate that is attached to the mounting surface.
System for Mounting Objects to a Structure
A system for mounting an object on a structure includes a pivoting mounting bracket portion and a rail portion. The mounting bracket portion includes a front plate that is pivotally coupled to a back plate. The rail portion is shaped in the form a C-channel. The back plate is sized and shaped to snugly fit within the C-channel of the rail portion. The rail portion is configured to be attached to the structure, and the front plate is configured to be attached to the object.
Wall-mounting brace for mirrors, artwork, and similar objects
A wall-mounting brace for mirrors, artwork, and similar objects is a device that is utilized to secure an object such as a mirror to a surface such as a wall. The device features an elongated brace that is used to hold the top of the mirror to the wall while the bottom of the mirror is held in place with a fastener such as a J-channel. A plurality of fastener holes present on a mounting plate of the elongated brace is utilized to secure the elongated brace to the surface. The mirror is held in place on the surface by a retention plate and a connector plate of the elongated brace. A cover plate is utilized to selectively cover and uncover the plurality of fastener holes. The cover plate may be hingedly attached to the elongated brace or removable from the elongated brace altogether.
WALL HANGING SYSTEM
Various example embodiments disclosed herein include systems and methods for a wall hanging system. Example embodiments include: a wall mount formed with a longitudinally elongated body having upper and lower ends and a wall-facing surface, the upper end being formed with a longitudinal rail for engaging a channel in a frame member, the wall mount including an attachment mechanism to attach the wall mount to a wall surface, the wall mount further including an embedded leveling indicator to enable level attachment of the wall mount to the wall surface; and a frame including at least one frame member, each frame member being formed with a first longitudinal channel for engaging the rail of the upper end of the wall mount, each frame member being formed with a second longitudinal channel for engaging an edge of a wall hanging item inserted into the frame.
Mounting System
A mounting system that includes a hub which is fixable to a surface to aid in hanging an object on the surface. The wall mount system allows for various applications depending on the item being mounted and/or the preference of the individual mounting the item. The hub is configured to support the use of disparate fasteners, affording a user flexibility to choose between various wall fastening options and combinations therein depending on the application.
Cleat mount with visual and audible indicator
A mount for mounting an electronic display on a wall includes a latch whereby the display interface portion of the mount can be selectively engaged and disengaged from the wall interface portion. The latch provides a positive visual and/or audible indication of when the mount is fully engaged. The mount may include a wall interface adapted to be secured to a wall or similar structure, and a display interface adapted to be secured to an electronic display. The wall interface generally includes a plurality of pairs of angled slots, each pair of angled slots having a different angle than the other pairs. The slots are adapted to receive fasteners which secure the wall interface to the wall, as well as enable adjustment of the tilt of the bracket so as to ensure the bracket is level.
Wall-mounted structure and electronic device
The wall-mounted structure includes a wall-mounted plate fixable on a wall and a connecting plate connectable to an electronic device. The wall-mounted plate includes a plate body and a limiting block on a top end surface of the plate body provided with a first sliding surface extending in an arc shape. The limiting block is provided with a first limiting surface connected to the first sliding surface. The connecting plate includes a limiting plate. The limiting plate is provided with at least a bottom end surface and two main surfaces connected to two sides of the bottom end surface. The bottom end surface is a second sliding surface extending in an arc shape. One of the main surfaces of the limiting plate is a second limiting surface connected to the second sliding surface. The second limiting surface extends from one end of the limiting plate to the other end of the limiting plate.
ADJUSTABLE HANGER APPARATUS AND METHOD
An adjustable hanger assembly having a fixed holder base mountable to a substantially planar structure such as a wall and a movable hook assembly slidably insertable into a cavity within the fixed holder base A actuator disposed in the fixed holder base in contact with the movable hook assembly causes the movable hook to move upward or downward in relation to the fixed holder base to a desired position of an item for hanging.
ADJUSTABLE FRAMING SYSTEM
A frame system according to one embodiment includes a mount body having an inner surface and an opposing outer surface. The outer surface has an adhesive body applied thereto. The adhesive body has an adhesive on an outer surface thereof for contacting and bonding with a support surface. The frame system further includes an outer frame element having a first opening through which an image substrate is visible. The outer frame element has a first surface against which the image substrate seats. A back plate is configured for attachment to the outer frame element and the back plate includes a second opening that receives the adhesive body. The back plate further includes a forward protrusion against which the image substrate seat. A mount space is defined between the outer frame element and the back plate in which the mount body is disposed and is configured to move in at least two directions for adjusting a position of the frame system on the support surface. At least one biasing element (e.g. a spring) applies a force against the mount body for holding the assembled outer frame element and back plate in a desired position relative to the mount body.
PICTURE FRAME HANGER
A picture frame hanger includes a horizontal level bar. The horizontal level bar has a top leveled surface with a bottom curved edge. A securing tab extends upwards from the top leveled surface and provides an attachment point for a picture frame with standard hanging hardware. The top leveled surface provides a level surface for the standard hanging hardware to rest and the bottom curved edge allows for the rotation of the picture frame hanger and the attached picture frame to level the attached picture frame. A vertical support bar extends downward from the horizontal lever bar and provides a lever arm to counteract the downward force created by the weight of the picture frame to prevent the picture frame hanger and picture frame from tilting forward.
