HANGING ASSEMBLY AND FRAME APPARATUS INCORPORATING THE SAME
A frame apparatus having an adjustable hanging height. The frame apparatus may include a frame having a mounting member thereon. The mounting member may extend along an axis and have a plurality of mounting elements located on opposite sides of the axis in an axially spaced apart manner. Furthermore, a mounting bracket is configured to be coupled to a support surface (i.e., a wall) and to the mounting member. The mounting bracket may extend along an axis and have a plurality of mounting elements located on opposite sides of the axis in an axially spaced apart manner. The frame may be hung from the support surface by engaging a subset of the mounting elements of the mounting member with the mounting elements of the mounting bracket. The mounting member and the mounting bracket may collectively form a hanging assembly for the frame apparatus.
Mounting device for attaching a display device, a picture frame, or the like to a supporting structure
A mounting device for attaching an object to a supporting structure includes a first member including at least one first magnet and a projection, the first member configured to be attached to a supporting structure, a second member including at least one second magnet and a recess to receive the projection, the at least one second magnet configured to be attracted to the at least one first magnet, and an electromagnet selectively operable to provide magnetic force to couple the first and second members together. A method of mounting an electronic display to a supporting structure also is disclosed.
Decorative Element Display System
The present display system enables the display and rearrangement of one or more decorative elements on a base structure to create a decorative arrangement that can be easily and selectively adjusted to move or rotate the decorative elements. The display system generally comprises an attachment assembly mounted on a base structure and supporting a decorative element support. An angular adjustment lock and a lateral adjustment lock permits the decorative element support to rotate and translate relative to the base structure. The base structure comprises one or more mounts arranged on a face of the base structure. The mounts receive and support one or more attachment assemblies. Using the present display system, multiple decorative elements can be adjusted to create aesthetically pleasing compositions of complementary or connected decorative elements.
MOUNTING DEVICE FOR ATTACHING A DISPLAY DEVICE, A PICTURE FRAME, OR THE LIKE TO A SUPPORTING STRUCTURE

A method of mounting an electronic display to a supporting structure also is disclosed.
ROTATABLE PICTURE FRAME CROSS
The present disclosure relates generally to picture frames and picture cabinets, and more specifically to rotatable picture frames and picture cabinets. In some embodiments, the picture frame may be easily rotatable between a landscape display and a portrait display via a set of recesses that correspond to a set of protrusions on a hanging mount. The picture frame may also support a varying number of photographs in a varying number of picture support compartments while also allowing the picture frame to be accessible while said picture frame is mounted on a planar surface such as a wall.
Picture Hanger Comprising Extruded Profile
An adjustable hanger assembly is provided that includes a slider base and a slider that can be adjusted horizontally and vertically within the slider base. The slider can be held in a position by a fastener such as a threaded fastener. A series of horizontal grooves and ridges on the slider can engage a series of complementary grooves and ridges on the slider base, and the engagement can occur at different heights. The slider can freely move horizontally once inserted into the slider base. The slider base can be squeezed by tightening the threaded fastener to pinch the slider and hold the slider in a desired vertical and horizontal position. The hanger assembly can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally after the slider base is fixedly secured to a wall.
WALL-MOUNTABLE VANITY MIRROR WITH INSET MAGNIFYING MIRROR
A mirror system including a flat non-magnifying mirror and an inset magnifying mirror provides an installation that is aesthetically pleasing and has reduced susceptibility to damage, for installation in locations such as hotel rooms and hotel bathrooms. The magnifying mirror is inset in an aperture defined by the larger non-magnifying mirror and is either fixed in place by bonding to the edges of the aperture or using a backer, or is extendable from an extension arm that is recessed in a box that extends into a wall behind the mirror system when installed. The extension arm may be a swing arm, a telescoping arm or a scissor arm that is fastened to the back or a side of the box.
PLANAR DISPLAY ASSEMBLY
A planar display assembly is provided with a pane with a front reflective surface and a rear surface. An array of mounting plates is provided, each with a first fastener, and a polygonal mounting plate adhered to the rear surface by an adhesive. A plurality of second fasteners is each engaged with one of the array of first fasteners for linear adjustment relative to the pane in a direction generally perpendicular to the pane to support the planar display assembly upon an upright support surface. Each mounting plate is oriented upon the pane rear surface such that at least one vertex extends away from the corresponding first fastener in a direction toward another sequential first fastener within the array of first fasteners. A metal bracket is adapted to be mounted to the upright support surface. The bracket has at least one enclosed cleat to receive two of the second fasteners.
ROTATABLE APPARATUS FOR MOUNTING AN ARTICLE
The present disclosure provides adjustable mounting devices that allow the user to fine tune the placement of a mountable item without concern about the precise placement of the mounting device. Certain mounting devices may be used to hang pictures, and may be rotated once mounted on a vertical surface.
