Adjustable Fastener
An adjustable fastener is provided. The adjustable fastener includes an elongated main body and a mounting bracket for receiving the main body therein. The elongated main body includes a plurality of teeth along the length of the main body. The mounting bracket includes a latching mechanism disposed on a front face thereof, the latching mechanism having a first end including a release lever and a second end including a plurality of ribs extending into an interior volume of the mounting bracket. The ribs on the second end of the latching mechanism engage with the teeth on the main body to slidably secure the main body within the mounting bracket, thereby providing a vertically adjustable fastener.
Hanger, System and Method
Embodiments provide a hanger, system and method.
Mounting system for collectables and mounting system packaging
A collectable mounting device is configurable to a wall-mounted configuration, and a horizontal support surface (or shelf) mounted configuration. In the wall-mounted configuration, support members are secured together via a fastener through the adjustment slots such that support channels extend in the same direction to support the collectable on a wall. In the shelf-mounted configuration, the support members are fastened together such that the support channels extend in opposite directions, and a tensioning member is inserted between the support members in opposed tensioning member receiving slots to flex the support members away from each other. A packaging method includes stacking the support members and tensioning member to align holes therein; wrapping a label around the stacked support members and tensioning member to align holes in the label and holes in the support members and tensioning member; and inserting a fastener through the aligned holes.
HANGER
A hanger for hanging an object to a wall is disclosed. The hanger includes a track member adapted to be mounted to the wall and defining an elongated channel and a pair of sliders telescopically coupled to the track member and extending along the channel. The pair of sliders adapted to slide relative to the track member between an outward position and an inward position and being disposed on opposite sides of a central axis of the track member. The hanger further includes a pair of hooks to support the object and coupled to the sliders. A distance between the pair of hooks is varied by sliding the at least one of the slider relative to the track member.
Apparatus for mounting object on wall
An apparatus for mounting an object to a wall and a related method of use are disclosed. The apparatus comprises a longitudinally extending track, plural carriers movably supported by the track for movement relative thereto in a longitudinal direction, and couplers supported on the carriers to support the object. A feature of the apparatus is that the carriers are positionable to project past ends of the track whereby the couplers can be located beyond the track. Another feature of the apparatus is that the couplers can be movably supported on the carriers to be repositionable in a crosswise direction to the longitudinal direction.
