A timepiece mechanism including a deformable rhombus including four coplanar segments pivotally connected in pairs by their vertices, including an input segment adjacent to an output segment, both pivoted about a pivot axis perpendicular to the plane of the rhombus and passing through a first vertex common to the input and output segments and locked in translation in the plane of the rhombus, a lever mounted to pivot about the pivot axis, the lever being kinematically connected in rotation, about the pivot axis, to a second vertex of the rhombus, opposite to the first vertex, a first locking member movable between a first locking position, in which the lever is locked in rotation, and a first unlocking position in which the first locking member does not hinder rotation of the lever, a second locking member movable between a second locking position, in which the second vertex is locked in translation in a radial direction, and a second unlocking position in which the second locking member does not hinder radial movement of the second vertex.

Variable-geometry timepiece display mechanism with resilient hand
11886147 · 2024-01-30 · ·

A variable timepiece display mechanism includes a resilient hand with a drive pipe integral with a single-piece flexible strip including flexible segments joined at tips, a first segment thereof extends between the first pipe and a first tip. The mechanism also includes a driver for driving the pivoting of the pipe, and a stressor for stressing the first flexible segment in order to vary the position of the first tip relative to the output axis, as a function of the forces applied to the flexible strip. The drier and/or the stressor includes a first shaped gear train and/or a second shaped gear train in order to accelerate, stabilize the speed of, or slow at least the pipe over a part of the angular travel thereof.

Trochoidal display mechanism

The invention relates to a mechanism for displaying an information for a timepiece, comprising a mobile (10) intended to be driven in rotation by the movement of the timepiece about a display axis (17), a satellite (20) pivoted on the mobile (10) about a satellite axis (27) parallel to the display axis (17) and remote from a non-zero distance d1 thereof, a display area (80), an indicator (50) secured to the satellite (20) and the position of which relative to the display area (80) provides the information, and a crown (30) centered on the display axis (17) and kinematically connected to the satellite (20). The mechanism is particular in that the indicator (50) is located at a distance d2 from the satellite axis (27), which is greater than or equal to the distance d1.

Dial for timepieces
11906932 · 2024-02-20 · ·

A dial for a timepiece, preferably a watch, the dial being provided with a relief portion which is made as an assembly of pieces on different levels, juxtaposed on a base, such that the relief portion is formed by the upper surfaces of the pieces. A method for manufacturing the dial with several separate pieces, the upper surfaces of the pieces being subjected to a polishing step and/or possibly an enamelling step. The pieces are then cut along a defined contour and then assembled edge-to-edge on a base, so as to create the relief portion.
