The clock according to the present invention is configured as an analog-type dual clock required according to increase in overseas activity of people such as overseas travelers and people active in overseas business to present a new type for satisfying various tastes and consumption desires and also enable a user to easily recognize time and dates by showing different dates corresponding to local times of two countries.
Watch case provided with an external element
A watch case includes a case middle, a bezel, and an external element at least partially disposed between the case middle and the bezel. The bezel includes at least one hollow revealing the external element. The external element is attached directly to the case middle, independently of an attachment of the bezel to the case middle.
Electronic device with waterproof structure
An electronic device with waterproof structure includes an assembly and a manipulation member movably disposed on an outer surface of the assembly. The assembly includes a case and an optical detection module. The case defines a waterproof space and has a translucent region. The optical detection module is arranged in the waterproof space. The optical detection module has a lighting unit and a sensor array. Light emitted from the lighting unit enables to travel out of the waterproof space by penetrating through the translucent region. At least part of the manipulation member is corresponding in position to the translucent region. The lighting unit is configured to emit light onto the manipulation member, and the sensor array is configured to receive the light reflected from the manipulation member.
Display mechanism
A platform for displaying several mutually different horometric items of information, includes as many crowns as the horometric items of information to be displayed on the platform. Each of the crowns is arranged to receive an associated information support and is movable in rotation at a speed selected according to a horometric item of information displayed on the associated information support.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An electronic device includes a case, a manipulation ring disposed on the case, a rotational unit, a waterproof member, and an optical tracking system (OTS) sensor. The case has a first chamber and a second chamber arranged outside the first chamber. The case has a thru-hole arranged between the first and second chambers. The rotational unit includes a shaft and a mating member arranged in the second chamber and connected to the shaft. The shaft has a first segment arranged in the first chamber and a second segment arranged in the thru-hole. The manipulation ring is spinable to rotate the mating member and the shaft. The waterproof member is configured to seal a gap between the second segment and an inner wall of the case defining the thru-hole. The OTS sensor is arranged in the first chamber and is corresponding in position to the first segment.
Device for displaying a succession of periodic events that form an annual cycle and timepiece comprising such a display device
A device for displaying a succession of periodic events, such as zodiac periods, which form an annual cycle, this display device including a periodic event indicator organ; a mechanism for managing a duration for displaying periodic events by the periodic event indicator organ, this management mechanism including a cam for managing a periodic event display duration arranged to control the change from the indication of a periodic event to the indication of a next periodic event by the periodic event indicator organ; a date indicator mechanism driven by a horological movement; a month finger controlled by the date indicator mechanism so as to advance the management cam by one pitch per month, and a periodic event finger disposed between the management cam and the periodic event indicator organ and arranged to drive the periodic event indicator organ during a change of periodic event.
Electronic timepiece
An electronic timepiece has an outside perimeter part disposed around a dial, hands, and a control unit. Further, 40 to 60 time zone indicators including time difference information representing the time difference between Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and the standard time used in each time zone are on the outside perimeter part. The control unit indicates a specific time zone indicator with a hand.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USER INPUT UTILIZING A ROTATABLE PART
An electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is disclosed. The electronic device comprises a display unit configured to display a current value among a predetermined plurality of ordered values and a rotatable part configured to be rotatable clockwise and counterclockwise. The electronic device also comprises a computer processor configured to: change the current value being displayed to a next value among the plurality of ordered values in response to detecting the rotatable part being rotated a first predetermined number of degrees clockwise, change the current value being displayed to a previous value among the plurality of ordered values in response to detecting the rotatable part being rotated counterclockwise by the first predetermined number of degrees, and accept the current value being displayed as a user input value in response to detecting a change in rotation direction of the rotatable part.
