Timepiece
A wristwatch (an example of a timepiece) includes a small dial (an example of a dial) and a rotary disk (an example of a rotary member). The small dial includes a sun mark for displaying the state of the sun. The rotary disk covers the small dial and rotates in a 24-hour period. The rotary disk includes the sun state indicator that changes the visibility of the sun mark in accordance with the rotational position of the rotary disk. One of the small dial and the rotary member includes a plurality of numbers (an example of indexes) for indicating time. The other of the small dial and the rotary member includes a time indicator that indicates a number in accordance with the rotational position of the rotary disk. The time indicator and the sun state indicator are disposed relative to each other in a positional relationship such that the visibility of the sun mark by the sun state indicator corresponds to the state of the sun corresponding to the number indicated by the time indicator.
Date and moon phase display mechanism for watches
A date and moon phase display mechanism for watches, including a date ring with an inner toothing arranged to be driven by a timepiece movement, or arranged to cooperate with a date ring with an inner toothing of a timepiece movement, this mechanism including a moon display wheel set held in position by a moon jumper, this mechanism including drive devices, which are actuated by this inner toothing during each rotation of this date ring, and which are arranged to drive this moon display wheel set by a first constant angular pitch during each this rotation of this date ring.
Timepiece mechanism for displaying the lunar day and moon phase, with a correction system using a double kinematic chain
Timepiece mechanism for displaying the lunar day and the moon phase. The moon is represented by a sphere mounted on a meridian wheel and includes a first rotating element meshed with a drive mechanism, a second rotating element friction mounted on the first rotating element, a moon wheel set coupling the first rotating element to the meridian wheel, a transmission wheel with a jumper spring, a system for correcting the lunar day display via a first correction wheel bypassing the transmission wheel and including the meridian wheel, a system for correcting the lunar day display via a second correction wheel including the transmission wheel.
LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE WITH DECORATIVE PATTERN DIRECTLY THEREON
A liquid crystal display device, the display device including: two facing transparent substrates designated respectively front substrate and rear substrate, the front substrate being same disposed on the observer side, the front and rear substrates being provided on the inner faces thereof with transparent structured electrodes whereof the superposition defines shape pixels switchable between two optical states, the electrodes being connected to a voltage source via a control circuit, forming a cell closed by a sealing frame for receiving in the spaced delimited by the substrates and the sealing frame a liquid crystal composition; and a decorative pattern in direct contact with the front substrate or the rear substrate.
OPTICAL DEVICE ALLOWING TO CREATE OPTICAL AESTHETIC AND TECHNICAL EFFECTS
An optical device including a transparent support provided with an upper face and a lower face which extends at a distance from the upper face, the transparent support forming a lens of plano-concave shape delimited on a first side by a planar surface, and delimited on a second side, opposite the first side, by a concave surface, the optical device also including a shutter which is disposed under the concave surface of the transparent support, at a distance therefrom, the optical device finally including a substrate disposed after the shutter.
MOON PHASE DISPLAY MECHANISM
A moon phase display mechanism driven by a horological movement, this moon phase display mechanism including a transparent support provided with an upper face and a lower face which extends at a distance from the upper face, a representation of the Moon being transferred, for example by printing or by engraving, to one of the upper or lower faces of this transparent support, a substrate being disposed under the transparent support, at a distance therefrom, the moon phase display mechanism also including a shutter which is driven by drive means moved by the horological movement and which is arranged so as to displace between the transparent support and the substrate, the shutter and the substrate having display contrasts which are inverted relative to each other.
TIMEPIECE MECHANISM
A timepiece mechanism includes a first energy source with a regulating member, a second independent energy source, a control member driven by the second energy source, and a blocking device controlled by the first energy source to block the second energy source and release it to allow the control member to be displaced by jumps powered by the second energy source. The blocking device includes first and second mobile parts kinematically interconnected, the first mobile part including a drive device, the second mobile part including a stopping device; a rotating drive member connected to the first energy source and cooperating with the drive device to displace the mobile parts, alternately in opposite directions; and a rotating blocking member connected to the second energy source and cooperating with the stopping device to be blocked by the second mobile part and released at the determined times by second mobile part movement.
MOON-PHASE DISPLAY DEVICE
Device for displaying phases of the moon with a fist display member (80) bearing a plurality of first images (81-86) at least partially representing the moon, a display zone, driving means (22, 23 ,25, 40. 41, 43, 63, 71, 72, 61, 62) arranged to displace, by successive jumps, the first display member (80) relative to the display zone, to display a succession of representations of the moon. An original feature of the invention is that the periods of display of the first images are not all equal.
Timepiece movement
A timepiece movement includes a date indicator for date display, a date indicator driving wheel for advancing the date indicator, a lunar age indicator for lunar age display, and a lunar age indicator driving wheel for rotating the lunar age indicator. The date indicator and the lunar age indicator are coaxially disposed, and the date indicator driving wheel and the lunar age indicator driving wheel are coaxially disposed.
Universal moon phase display
A universal moon phase display device for a watch including a device that calculates or receives the date, that receives a geolocation signal, that calculates or receives a lunar calendar with the correlation between the date of the moon phase, that converts the day's moon phase into a first angular position of a first display member included in this device and which includes a representation of the normal moon, and that further determines the northern or southern hemisphere in which this device is located and controls the direction of rotation of first drive device included in this device in order to drive the first display member in opposite directions in the northern hemisphere and in the southern hemisphere.
