Method of assembling a timepiece comprising a watch movement and a water-resistant case, the method comprising a first stage of closing the case by fitting and securing a first case element, more particularly a back, and then a second stage of closing the case by actuation of a second case element, more particularly a stem, in particular a winding stem or a valve stem or a push-button stem, the second case element being mobile between a first configuration, in which a fluid communication between the interior of the case and an environment outside the case is permitted, and a second configuration, in which the fluid communication between the interior of the case and the environment outside the case is limited, the second stage of closing being an actuation of the passage of the second element from the first configuration to the second configuration.

Button for a timepiece

A button (1) for a timepiece, comprising:—a rod (4);—a tube (2) for guiding of the rod (4) along a longitudinal axis (A);—a ring (3); and—a mechanical connection (3d, 2c, 5) between the ring and the tube, the mechanical connection being of the bayonet type and/or comprising a spring (5).

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a body having a passage, a physical button having a rod passing through the passage, an inner surface having a first convex surface and a second convex surface formed to be spaced apart from the first convex surface, a through-hole formed by the inner surface, an outer surface having a third convex surface and a protruding surface formed to be spaced apart from the third convex surface, a bottom surface formed between the inner surface and the outer surface, and a waterproof member having a fourth convex surface formed in the direction facing the bottom surface, wherein the waterproof member is arranged between the body and the rod.

TIMEPIECE WITH A ROTATING CONTROL MEMBER

The invention relates to a timepiece having a rotary control member, the rotary control member having a hollow cylindrical body coaxial with the axis of rotation of the rotary control member, the hollow cylindrical body defining a hollow inner housing having or supporting a coaxial rotary disc on which is arranged a rotatable mark or logo motif visible from the exterior of the timepiece. The rotary disc rotates freely about its axis in or on the hollow cylindrical body, the rotary disc cooperating with a displacement device comprising an asymmetrically distributed weight to create an imbalance tending to rotate said rotary disc about its axis when the timepiece is in motion or when the control member has been rotated, so that, seen from the outside, the motif maintains a substantially fixed orientation.

Crown assembly for an electronic watch

An electronic watch may include a housing defining a side wall having a through-hole and a crown assembly including an actuation member. The actuation member may include a crown shaft extending through the through-hole and having an exterior portion defining an input surface and a crown ring coupled to the exterior portion of the crown shaft and electrically isolated from the crown shaft. The crown assembly may further include an optical encoder component attached to the actuation member and defining a group of optical features. The electronic watch may further include an optical detector configured to detect rotation of the crown assembly by detecting motion of the group of optical features and an electrocardiograph sensor comprising a sensing component. The sensing component may be conductively coupled to the actuation member via a conductive path at least partially defined by the crown shaft.
