ELECTRONIC WATCH
An electronic watch having an altitude display mode of displaying an altitude, a compass display mode of displaying a direction, a barometric pressure display mode of displaying barometric pressure as display modes includes a dial face having an ALT area, a COM area, and a BAR area and a first pointer displaying the altitude display mode by pointing the ALT area, displaying the compass display mode by pointing the COM area, and displaying the barometric pressure display mode by pointing the BAR area. In the dial face, the ALT area, COM area, and BAR area are arranged in an order of the ALT area, COM area, and BAR area. In a turning direction of the first pointer, a distance between the ALT area and COM area and a distance between the COM area and BAR area are shorter than a distance between the ALT area and BAR area.
Aviation watch
A wearable electronic device utilizes indicators on a display screen, such as tick marks positioned around the perimeter of the display, to point to the bearing of a desired location such as a nearest airport when GPS is enabled. The electronic device may be implemented as an aviation watch that comprises a display device having a screen including a plurality of indicators arranged proximal to a perimeter of the screen. The aviation watch determines a direction of an airport that is nearest in proximity to the location of the aviation watch and activates a subset of the plurality of indicators of the screen, the subset of the plurality of indicators providing a directional bearing to the airport determined to be nearest in proximity to the location of the aviation watch.
WATCH BRACELET
Bracelet or strap for a watch case comprising a first arm inside which is housed a first printed circuit portion and a second arm, wherein the first arm is extended by a median part arranged to be situated underneath the watch case and which includes a second printed circuit portion connected to the first printed circuit portion by electrical connection means, wherein the first printed circuit portion carries at least one electrical energy source and a microcontroller for powering and controlling a pressure sensor, wherein the median part is covered by an insert arranged to act as a seat for the watch case, wherein a housing, inside which the pressure sensor (32) is arranged, is provided in the insert and communicates with the exterior to allow the pressure sensor to be placed in contact with a surrounding medium, and the pressure sensor is mounted on the second printed circuit portion with the insertion of a sealing gasket between the housing and the second printed circuit portion.
SEMI-IMPERMEABLE CLOSURE DEVICE
A portable object includes a case forming a housing in which is arranged a device requiring air to operate. The case includes at least a first opening. The portable object further includes a closure device provided with a valve system arranged to have a first stable, open position in which the orifice is open and allows air to pass through, and a second stable, closed position, in which the orifice is closed so that the portable object is impermeable to gases and to liquids. Switching from the open position to the closed position is automatic in case of immersion.
ASCENT RATE INDICATOR MECHANISM AND DIVER'S WATCH COMPRISING SUCH A MECHANISM
An ascent rate indicator mechanism includes a first wheel set and a pressure sensor. The first wheel set is connected to the pressure sensor driven in rotation by a pressure variation. The mechanism further includes a second wheel set driven by the first wheel set in a single direction of rotation from a start position into a measurement position corresponding to a decrease in pressure, uncoupling and return structure to be actuated at regular intervals to uncouple the second wheel set and to return it to the start position, an ascent rate display mechanism connected to the second wheel set and including an indicator member arranged to occupy, at each regular interval, a display position representative of the decrease in pressure during the interval, and synchronization structure actuated at each regular interval and arranged to maintain the display position of the indicator member during the regular interval.
Diving watch assembly
A diving watch assembly includes an internal airtight and waterproof space formed by a housing, an upper cover, a transparent plate and a lower cover, and an air pressure watch core, a water pressure watch core and a dial disc installed in the internal airtight and waterproof space. The air pressure watch core is adapted to drive a first pointer, and the water pressure watch core is adapted to drive the second pointer. The air pressure (air amount) scale and the water pressure (water amount) scale are respectively indicated by the first pointer and the second pointer on the same dial disc.
WEARABLE TERMINAL APPARATUS
A wearable terminal apparatus includes an enclosure, a dial provided in the enclosure and having on-dial markings, a first timepiece hand, a second timepiece hand, a third timepiece hand, a processing section that controls rotation of the first timepiece hand, the second timepiece hand, and the third timepiece hand, and a measured value acquisition section that acquires a measured value. The processing section controls placement of the timepiece hands among the on-dial markings in such a way that the first timepiece hand is placed in a position corresponding to a lower limit value of the measured value, the second timepiece hand is placed in a position corresponding to an upper limit value of the measured value, and the third timepiece hand is placed in a position corresponding to the measured value.
SMART WATCH
A smart watch comprises a case, a display device configured to present a user interface disposed in substantially all of a face of the case, a bezel around the display device configured to be rotated to select a mode of operation of the smart watch, and an analog first watch arm and an analog second watch arm disposed over the display, the second watch arm coaxial with the first watch arm. In a first mode of operation, the user interface presents a watch dial and control the first and second watch arms indicate a time of day first and second watch arms to indicate a time of day. In a second mode of operation, the user interface presents a dial and control the first and second watch arms form a pointer, the pointer configured to indicate a reading on the dial.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CALIBRATING AN ALTITUDE MEASUREMENT DEVICE
Sealed device for calibrating an altitude measurement device comprising an atmospheric pressure sensor whose movements of deformation are converted, via a transmission system, into a pivoting motion of an activation system that drives the pivoting of an indicator hand, wherein a sensing element bearing on the atmospheric pressure sensor is rigidly fixed to a transmission shaft movable along its longitudinal axis of symmetry, wherein the calibration device includes an air intake that can adjust the pressure inside the calibration device as required, and also includes a first button via which the axial position of the transmission shaft can be adjusted, and a second button via which it is possible to move the atmospheric pressure sensor up or down.
The invention also concerns a method for calibrating the altitude measurement device using the sealed calibration device.
