A mother's garment is adapted to effectively absorb her body scent, and also adapted to conveniently and safely convert to a baby's in-crib blanket. This way, the mother's body scent is safely made available to an infant to soothe and comfort the infant during the use of the garment as a baby blanket. Preferably, the woman's garment is a nightgown, with an added/separate fabric scent-absorbing panel secured to an interior surface of the nightgown. To deploy the nightgown safely as a baby's blanket, preferably the nightgown is turned inside out to effectively expose the scent-absorbing fabric panel directly to the infant. In addition, apertures or openings of the nightgown, like arm-holes and head/neck collar openings, are closed-up or securely tucked-away during deployment into the blanket configuration to prevent risk of strangulation or suffocation of the infant.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a blanket assembly that permits a first user to collapse a first portion of the blanket assembly independently from a second portion, the first user being associated with the first portion and a second user being associated with the second portion. The assembly includes a blanket body, a separation partially extending into the blanket body from a first end of the blanket body, the separation separating the blanket body into a first portion and a second portion, and an attachment member coupled to the first portion and the second portion along the separation.

An article of manufacture, such as a weighted blanket, a cushioning element, or the like, includes an elastomeric element that includes elongated elements that follow nonlinear, partially overlapping paths and voids between adjacent portions of the elongated elements. Such an elastomeric element may define a weighted layer of a weighted blanket, a cushioning layer of a cushioning element of the like. In this manner, the present invention provides multiple advantages of increased comfort and being machine washable, and providing a protective shell and sewn pockets around the beads in its construction to prevent the leaking of the beads from the blanket, including the individual pockets to retain and hold the beads.

A breathable comforter is provided. The breathable comforter includes a main body with at least one mesh body that runs along a width of the main body. The mesh bodies are integrated into the main body and enable an individual to breathe therethrough. A plurality of fasteners run along the width of the main body. A plurality of complementary fasteners is disposed on a minor body.
