The current invention is a cooling gel blanket that is filled by weighted material and with materials to disperse heat. The cooling gel blanket is made by laminating a polyester or cotton fabric over a gel cooling core. The cooling gel is a water based polyurethane. The inner blanket core is a flexible cooling gel that transfers heat from the body to the room acting as a heat sink.

The filler material is charged into the tubular bag. The tubular bag is securely closed after the tubular bag is filled with the filler material such that the filler material remains within the tubular bag during use. The first bumper and the second bumper are secured respectively to two opposite sides of the outer cover. The first bumper and the second bumper are in spaced parallel relationship so as to provide a centrally disposed confinement area on the outer cover. The third bumper positioned between the first bumper and the second bumper is secured to the outer cover.
