This invention describes a 3-layer insulation material (10) comprising a first fabric layer (12), a second fabric layer (14) and a third fluted intermediate fabric layer (16) between the first and the second fabric layers (12, 14), the fluted intermediate fabric layer (16) being attached alternately to the first and the second fabric layer (12, 14) with longitudinal seams (18a-18n) forming longitudinal channels (20a-20n) for the insulation material (22) having individual insulation material (22) bundle in-side each longitudinal channel (20a-20n). Also disclosed are a method and an arrangement for producing the same.

A reversible pillow having a first panel with a seam located around its perimeter. A first flap is attached to a portion of the first panel at the seam. A second flap is attached to another portion of the first panel at the seam. The second flap is overlapping with the first flap. The panel, the first flap and the second flap are attached to each other to define a first storage compartment. A fastener is attached to the pair of flaps adapted to secure the flaps closed over the first storage compartment. The reversible pillow is adapted to switch between: a first position, in which the pair of flaps overlap to cover the storage compartment, and a second position, reversed from the first position, in which the first panel and the pair of flaps are turned inside-out defining a second storage compartment.

A pillow system includes a hollow pillow casing and a cushioning element therein. The cushioning element includes a blanket or an inflatable airtight bladder, both of which are stored within the pillow. When the blanket is not in use, the blanket is used as the cushion for the pillow. When the blanket is removed from the pillow casing and in use, the bladder can be inflated to cushion the pillow.

A bed covering system including one or more bed coverings including a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a blanket or comforter. The blanket or comforter bed coverings may each include a slit opening at a foot end of the bed covering. Each slit opening is covered by a flap in a closed position. A textile product and a method for manufacturing thereof are discussed. The textile product comprises about 5-95% natural down clusters by weight and about 95-5% of a secondary fiber material by weight. The method for manufacturing the textile product includes opening a fiber material, adding natural down clusters to the fiber material, mixing the fiber material with the natural down clusters to form a homogeneous mixture, and filling the textile product with the homogeneous mixture.

A quilt structure with non-powered energy layer having an insulating layer, a first barrier layer, a second barrier layer, a first fabric layer and a second fabric layer is provided. The first barrier layer and the second barrier layer are disposed on two opposite sides of the insulating layer.
