Stress relieving attachment for bedsheets, blankets and pillowcases
A bedsheet and/or blanket having a stress relieving squeezable element releasably secured to an edge of a bedsheet, blanket or pillow case for use in achieving stress relief, and thereby promoting restful sleep by squeezing and releasing the squeezable element. In a preferred embodiment the is place in a fabric pocket for releasable attachment to the bedsheet, blanket or pillow case by a flexible strap. The squeezable element is formed from rubber or a polymer gel.
ERGONOMIC BODY PILLOW
An ergonomic body pillow includes a substantially cuboid portion joined to a substantially cylindrical portion. The diameter of the cylindrical portion is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the cuboid portion. The substantially cuboid portion is firmer than the cylindrical portion. The body pillow keeps the body in a neutral position while slide-sleeping.
ADJUSTABLE FEEDING UNIT
An adjustable feeding unit for providing support during a feeding activity. The adjustable feeding unit includes a stack of a plurality of positioning elements mounted one over the other such that the positioning elements define a base surface and an angularly raised surface disposed at an angular offset with respect to the base surface. One or more positioning elements are removable from the stack to adjust the angular offset between the base surface and the angularly raised surface.
RECONFIGURABLE PILLOW ENCLOSURE
A pillow configured as a durable cushion as well as a more comfortable cushion. The pillow may include a single chamber with two sides extending between two different materials. A cushion may be positioned within the chamber and may be of such dimensions to fit within only one side of the chamber. When the cushion is positioned the first side of the chamber the second side of the chamber may include a void and the material on the second side may be rolled up and folded into an envelope on the first side maintaining the cushion. Alternatively, a user can move the cushion to the second side and the voided material of the first side can be rolled up into the envelope on the second side. The first side may be a more durable material, such as nylon, and the second side may be a softer material, such as cotton-jersey.
Structurally stable quilted stretchable fabric and methods of preparation thereof
The present invention provides a novel and inventive quilted stretchable fabric (QSF) provided by the combination of specific elements as described herein, which provides a structurally stable yet stretchable quilted fabric. In particular, the present invention is directed to a quilted stretchable fabric (QSF) comprising a layered combination of stretchy fabric material and stretch-resistant fabric material, and the methods of preparation thereof, which remains securely associated by stitching even when subject to the repeated strain and forces of use, e.g., stretching, pulling, and the like. Further, articles of manufacture comprising this novel and inventive fabric are also provided herein.
Bichambered convertible headrest cover with padded insert
A removable headrest cover includes a flexible shroud having an inner chamber and an outer chamber. The inner chamber contains padding and is separated from the outer chamber by an inner panel and the outer chamber is accessible through an outer opening defined through an outer surface of the shroud. The shroud is configured to enclose a chair headrest within the outer chamber, and when removed from the chair, to be rolled or folded into multiple stacked portions the outermost portion of which includes an end segment of the outer opening that can enclose the other rolled or stacked portions within the outer chamber to form a pillow.
Pillow with baffles and related methods
A pillow may include a pillowcase having a first end, a second end opposing the first end, and first and second opposing sides extending between the first end and the second end. The pillowcase also may include first and second end chambers respectively adjacent the first and second ends, a medial chamber between the first and second end chambers, and baffles extending between the first and second opposing sides and defining the first and second end chambers and the medial chamber. The pillow also may include a pillow insert within one of the first and second end chambers, and the medial chamber.
Pillow Case Cover
A fitted pillow cover having a body of a single piece of satin or cotton fabric that has a tubular channel formed around its perimeter, and an elastic cord assembly comprising an elastic cord and ribbons that is received in the tubular channel with each of the ribbons emanating from an opening in the tubular channel. The elastic cord, which in its relaxed state is typically shorter than the length of the perimeter of the tubular channel, causes the tubular channel and fabric proximate the channel to bunch and fold over on itself. The ribbons are wider than the diameter of the tubular channel and the channel opening, preventing the ends of the elastic cord assembly from being pulled into the channel. The single piece of fabric with its perimeter folded over by the elastic cord assembly forms into a pocket that can be received over pillows of various sizes.
Roll-out disposable bedding
A roll-out disposable bedding assembly, and a bed that uses that disposable bedding assembly, includes a bedding roll comprised of disposable bi-layered bedding materials, first and second mounting bracket assemblies, and a support axle. The first and second mounting bracket assemblies and support axle secure the bedding roll to a bed. The bedding roll is comprised of rolled up, sequentially attached rectangular bedding sections, at least one of which has a bi-layered construction of an upper sheet and a lower sheet. That bedding section is attached to adjacent bedding sections along perforated edges. The upper sheet and lower sheet are removably affixed to each other along parallel perforated side edges. The bottoms of the upper sheet and lower sheet are permanently affixed together. A pillowcase is disposed between the upper and lower sheet.
Adjustable pillow containing small pillows
An adjustable pillow (1), which includes a casing (2) and a closable opening (12) to access the interior of the casing (2) where a plurality of small pillows (17) are contained. The small pillows (17) have filling (26) that provides support to the pillow (1) that is adjustable. The adjustment process involves a single variable of adjusting the quantity of small pillows (17) contained within the pillow (1) interior. This process allows incremental and simultaneous adjustments to the firmness, density, height and size of the pillow (1). Small pillows (17) are unique in shape, filling density and materials that allows them to self-adjust within the pillow (1) interior, creating a unified group of level filling (26) for the pillow. Small pillows (17) provide pleasing increments of adjustment that accommodates a wide range of sleeping positions and comfort preferences.
