LAYERED, ADJUSTABLE AND NATURAL LATEX SIDE-SLEEPER PILLOW
Described herein are customizable pillows and related methods of customizing for non-toxic, ergonomically correct spinal alignment and support for a human subject in a side-lying position. For example, a customizable pillow may comprise: an outer casing formed of a first textile and comprising an aperture; a plurality of layers positioned within the outer casing, wherein: each of the plurality of layers is insertable into and removable from the washable outer casing via the aperture; each of the plurality of layers has a shoulder recess to receive a portion of the subject's shoulder; each of the plurality of layers has a top surface facing toward the subject's head, a bottom surface facing away from the subject's head, and a layer height between the top and the bottom surfaces; the plurality of layers are removably arranged as a stack; each of the plurality of layers is individually encased in a layer-casing formed of a removable, washable second textile; and each of the plurality of layers comprises a natural latex.
Travel pillow case system
A pillow case system is provided, comprising a pillow cover portion (e.g. a curvilinear envelope) with a first cavity, a securement system, and a storage portion (e.g. a tote bag) with a second cavity. The first cavity is operable for receiving a travel pillow (e.g. a neck pillow). The storage portion is attached to the pillow cover portion. The storage portion is configured to receive the entire pillow storage portion in the second cavity. The securement system secures the pillow in the pillow cover portion when the pillow case system is in a first, open configuration. The securement system may also or alternatively secure the pillow cover portion in the storage portion when the pillow case system is in a second, stowed configuration.
Construction for pillow cover
A cover for a shaped article, such as a pillow, is constructed by attaching first and second cover portions, each defined by a cover body having a peripheral edge. A first zipper portion is attached to the first cover portion and a second zipper portion is attached to second cover portion. The zipper fastener secure cover portions together, forming an interior storage pocket. One or more gussets are located along the peripheral edge of the corners of the cover portions. The gussets are formed by a first fold transverse to the peripheral edge and a second fold positioned perpendicular to the peripheral edge. The second fold creates an overlapping portion along the edge of the cover portion, which is secured to the peripheral edge.
TOTAL FIT COTTON FABRIC
A woven textile fabric that is lightweight, soft, smooth, supple and durable has a composition including a regenerated cellulosic fiber, cotton and an elastane fiber such as spandex. The fabric includes warp yarn and weft yarn, and the weft yarn is a core spun yarn made of an elastane fiber core surrounded by a sheath of blended regenerated cellulosic fiber and cotton. The fabric construction may range from about 44 ends/inch to about 300 ends/inch and from about 30 picks/inch to about 600 picks/inch. The warp count may range from 2 s count to 140 s count, and the weft count ranges from 2 s count to 170 s count. The fabric, which can be made using a series of innovative process steps, is particularly useful as a bed linen.
Pressure Monitor Pillow
A pressure monitor pillow for preventing pressure injuries includes a pillow body configured to fit within a standard pillow case. A plurality of pressure sensors is coupled to a top side of the pillow body. A control housing is coupled to the pillow body and has a battery compartment with a removable. A logic board is coupled within the control housing and is in operational communication with each of the plurality of pressure sensors and the battery compartment. A display screen is coupled to the control housing and is in operational communication with the logic board and the battery compartment. The display screen shows a pressure reading from the plurality of pressure sensors. A power button is coupled to the control housing and is in operational communication with the logic board and the battery compartment.

2X2 TWILL BEDDING SYSTEM
A twill weave sheeting fabric has warp yarn and weft yarn consisting of a cross weave of cotton rich or cotton blended with any cellulosic fibre and polyester. In a primary embodiment, the fabric has a 2/2 cross weave, 2 over and 2 under. In another embodiment, the fabric has a 1/2 cross weave, 1 over and 2 under. In another embodiment, the fabric has a 1/4 cross weave, 1 over and 4 under.
Pillow with rod-shaped insert
A pillow with a removable rod-shaped insert is described herein. The rod-shaped insert is removably insertable into a cavity and/or trough within the pillow. Both the rod-shaped insert and the cavity and/or trough are substantially semi-circular at each vertically oriented cross-section thereof. The cavity includes an opening in a side of the pillow opposite a side thereof which is in contact with a user's head and/or body. The rod-shaped insert has a plurality of parallel ridges on at least one outer surface thereof and extends between both lateral sides of the pillow. In some configurations, the rod-shaped insert is a single substantially planar structure which is folded into a substantially semi-circular shape. In some configurations, the rod-shaped insert has an internal removably-insertable structure.
Method of forming a molded substrate electronic package and structure
An electronic package includes a substrate having a plurality of lands embedded within an insulating layer. Conductive patterns are disposed on at least a portion of a respective land top surface. An electronic device is electrically connected to the conductive patterns, wherein the land bottom surfaces are exposed to the outside. In another embodiment, the top land surfaces and the top surface of the insulating layer are substantially co-planar and the conductive patterns further overlap portions of the top surface of the insulating layer. In one embodiment, a package body encapsulates the top surface of the insulating material and the electronic device, wherein the land bottom surfaces are exposed to the outside of the package body.
