METHODS AND SYSTEMS OF SECURING WEIGHTED BLANKETS TO THEIR COVERS
A weighted blanket with a removable cover system includes a blanket body having a first side, a second side and a plurality of weighted elements positioned therebetween. A first connector is disposed along an outer periphery of the blanket body along the first side. The system also includes a cover having a first complementary connector that is disposed along a portion of an inside facing surface. The complementary connector functioning to engage the primary connector to receive and secure the blanket body to the cover. A pair of secondary connectors are disposed along the outer periphery of the cover and function to removably secure the cover in a closed position that fully encompass the blanket body secured within.
Comfort and safety linen system
Provided herein is a bed linen system formed from a one-piece panel that includes slits separating a bed sheet portion from a blanket portion and integral gussets that envelop the corners of a mattress. The slits work in conjunction with the gussets to redirect tension from pulling force applied to the blanket towards the center axis of the mattress, thereby making it more difficult to remove the system from the mattress by a user, while allowing the user to ventilate the foot area during use.
DUVET COVER- DEVICES AND METHODS OF USE
Devices and methods that allow for rapid and efficient changing of duvet covers, comprising an upper section and a lower section of washable material that are sized to be significantly larger than a duvet that will be covered and isolated. The upper and lower sections are secured together along a single edge only, and that edge is positioned at the head of the bed. The duvet is placed between the upper and lower sections, isolating and enclosing the duvet, thereby preventing the duvet from becoming exposed while the bed is in use, and simultaneously allowing for easy and rapid changing of the duvet cover after use.
Fabric cover
Fabric covers are presented including: a top fabric panel; a bottom fabric panel having substantially equivalent dimensions as the top fabric panel, where the bottom fabric panel and the top fabric define a space for receiving a cushion; a full-width opening disposed along an end of the fabric cover; and a partial opening disposed along an opposite end of the fabric cover. In some embodiments, the partial opening further includes: a first internal flap extending from the opposite end of the fabric cover toward the end and coupled with one of the top fabric panel or the bottom fabric panel substantially perpendicular with the partial opening; and a second internal flap extending from the opposite end of the fabric cover toward the end and coupled with the first internal flap substantially perpendicular with the partial opening.
BEDDING ASSEMBLY
A bedding assembly includes a cushion, a cushion cover, a top cover and a coupling unit. The cushion has opposite lateral surfaces. The cushion cover accommodates the cushion and has opposite first and second cover portions that are respectively adjacent to the lateral surfaces of the cushion. The top cover is laid on top of the cushion cover and has opposite first and second side portions that are respectively adjacent to the first and second cover portions of the cushion cover. The coupling unit includes a first coupling subunit that separably couples the first cover portion to the first portion, and a second coupling subunit that separably couples the second cover portion to the second side portion.
DUVET COVER SYSTEM HAVING INTEGRATED SIZE IDENTIFICATION
A duvet cover system includes a cover assembly, defined by first and second fabric layers with a pocket defined between the layers, and which is configured to receive a separate fill layer, defined by a blanket or comforter. One of the fabric layers and the fill layer include fastening elements that engage one another to secure the fill layer in position within the cover assembly, and at least some of these fastening elements are color-coded to identify the size of the bed for which the system is to cover. As such, a plurality of different size cover assemblies can be easily sorted for pairing with proper corresponding sizes of fill layers based on the easy size identification provided by the color-coded fastening elements.
Clamshell-type duvet cover and related methodologies
Disclosed are improvements to duvet cover apparatus and related methods. The disclosed duvet cover and methodologies are suitably hygienic, quick and easy to put onto a bed, efficient for patronage turnover in hospitality industries. In a preferred embodiment, the disclosed apparatus is a clam-shell type duvet cover.
QUILT BATTING MATERIALS AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
Improved batting insert materials for quilting are provided herein. The improved batting materials are adapted to be positioned between a quilt top and quilt bottom, and the materials advantageously prevent slippage of quilt layers during stitching without the need for pinning or basting. The insert materials generally comprise a batting layer and a flannel layer secured to the batting layer. The flannel layer is adapted to be positioned abutting the quilt bottom, and it has been discovered that the interaction between the surfaces of these fabrics prevents the layers from slipping. Quilts and methods utilizing the improved batting insert materials are also provided herein.
Bedding assembly, duvet cover and fixation device
A bedding assembly comprises an at least substantially rectangular insulating coverlet (1), an at least practically fitting sleeve (2) with which the duvet is covered. The sleeve (2) is closed on a first side (3) and open on an opposite side (4) in order to receive the coverlet (1). Provided in or at least close to a first and a second corner on the first side (3) of the assembly are manually releasable fixation means (10) which connect the coverlet (1) to the sleeve (2) in or close to the corners.
