Arm Support Apparatus
A human arm support apparatus for use with a human seated, the apparatus includes a flexible planar member having a front end portion and a rear end portion; an aperture larger than a human head is therethrough the planar member with the aperture passed over the human head for the planar member to rest against a human's shoulders. Further included is a flexible surrounding sidewall affixed to the front end portion for receiving a human's arms to be supported, wherein the support comes from the rear end portion being wedged between the buttocks of the human and the seat, thus the aperture does not contact or put pressure upon the neck of the human.
PILLOW STRUCTURE
A supporting pillow structure for a user to sleep or to perform sedentary activity facing down toward the pillow structure with the user's hands and arms placed underneath their face. The pillow structure includes a top opening substantially on the top surface of the pillow structure for the user's face to lean into the pillow structure, at least two side openings in the side of the pillow structure for the user to insert the user's arms into the pillow structure and place the user's arms underneath their head or body comfortably and to increase airflow for the user to breathe comfortably while resting, and a cavity in the middle of the pillow structure for airflow between the openings and for placing objects within the pillow structure, allowing the user to perform tasks requiring minimal physical activity while remaining comfortable and sedentary for an extended period of time. Embodiments of the pillow structure may be configured to provide users with comfort and support while the user is seated leaning forward on an airplane or at a desk or table or while the user is lying facing down on a substantially level surface such as a bed.
Firm support pillow
A support pillow includes a pillow body with a substantially straight medial region, a substantially straight first arm extending from the substantially straight medial region and a first free end. The pillow body further includes a substantially straight second arm extending from the substantially straight medial region and a second free end. A distance between the first free end and the second free end is at least 8 inches. The substantially straight first arm, the substantially straight medial region, and the substantially straight second arm define an outer periphery and an inner periphery. The inner periphery defines a curved support cavity. The support pillow includes a fabric shell enclosing an amount of a fill material and includes a first piece, a second piece, and a gusset connected to the first piece and the second piece that extends around the inner periphery and the outer periphery.
CORRECTIVE DEVICE FOR RELIEVING NECK AND SHOULDER PAIN
A corrective device for relieving pain in the neck, shoulder, and upper back regions of the human body. More particularly, the corrective device comprises two arm support foam pads, a neck support pad, and a tummy support pad, each of the four support pads having adjustable straps to accommodate different body sizes and varying arm positions. In operation, the user lies face down between the arm support pads, positions their arms on the support pads with elbows on the pads, places their chin on the neck support pad, and positions the tummy support pad under their navel. The adjustable straps allow for customization to the user's body dimensions. The device may provide relief from neck, shoulder and upper back pain, and may correct conditions such as Kyphosis Hump and Rounded Shoulders.
Arm pillow
A pillow assembly for supporting objects on a user's arm without impeding blood circulation through the arm includes a main body comprising a resiliently compressible material. Rigid blocks are coupled to a top side of the main body, and inserts are mounted atop the rigid blocks. The main body is bent to surround the arm with the inserts. Loads may be exerted on the pillow assembly through the main body, rigid blocks, and inserts while the pillow assembly is worn by the arm to support the loads on the arm without limiting blood flow.
FIRM SUPPORT PILLOW
A support pillow includes a pillow body. The pillow body includes a substantially straight medial region. The pillow body further includes a substantially straight first arm from the substantially straight medial region and having a first free end. The pillow body further includes a substantially straight second arm extending from the substantially straight medial region and having a second free end, wherein the substantially straight first arm, the substantially straight medial region, and the substantially straight second arm define an outer periphery and an inner periphery. The inner periphery defines a curved support cavity. The support pillow further includes a fabric shell enclosing an amount of a fill material, the fabric shell including a U-shaped first piece, a U-shaped second piece, and a gusset. The support pillow further includes the fill material in contact with the U-shaped first piece, the U-shaped second piece, and the gusset.
