STOPPING MECHANISM FOR TIMEPIECE STRIKING MECHANISM
Stopping mechanism for a striking mechanism comprising energy storage means including a power reserve transmission wheel set, a strike wheel set comprising a detent ratchet, a main click for the passing strike function and/or a repeater release click, the stopping mechanism includes an uncoupling lever for moving the clicks away from the strike wheel set, by an instantaneous jump of a lever changing the position of the uncoupling lever, when the level of energy of the storage means crosses a predefined threshold, through the cooperation between a finger, driven by the power reserve transmission wheel set, and a jumper returned by a first spring, to bring the finger to bear on a fork of the lever to cause it to pivot abruptly by instantaneously changing the position of a lug with respect to a second spring.
Method for creating a component
A method for manufacturing a component in a substrate including: a) modifying a structure of at least one region of the substrate to make the at least one region more selective; and b) chemically etching the at least one region to selectively manufacture the component.
Monocristalline type mineral stone equipped with a cone for centring a pivot, and manufacturing method thereof
A method for manufacturing a stone for a timepiece from a mineral body of a monocrystalline type, the stone including a hole, includes ablating the body by scanning at least one face of the body with ultra-short pulse laser radiation from a laser for a duration less than one hundred picoseconds, and guiding a beam of the laser radiation using a precession system of at least three axes configured to at least partially cancel a conical focusing angle of the laser. The ablating includes digging of a cone of entrance to the hole. A mineral stone of monocrystalline type for a timepiece includes a face provided with a hole formed in a body of the stone, and a functional element at an entrance to the hole. The functional element has a shape of a cone.
Manufacture of a horology component
Method for manufacturing by photolithography a resin multilayer mould (10; 10) including a cavity (11; 11) provided with an inlet (110; 110) for the manufacture of a horological component, including producing at least two resin layers of the mould (10; 10), by producing a first resin layer (C10; C20) having a first through-opening or open opening (111; 111) oriented in the direction of the inlet (110; 110) of the mould to delimit a first volume of the cavity (11; 11) of the mould (10, 10), and producing a second resin layer (C20; C30) including a rigid film and having a second through-opening (112; 112) that delimits a second volume of the cavity (11; 11) of the mould (10, 10) and is at least partly superposed on the first through-opening or open opening (111; 111), the second resin layer partly covering that same first through-opening or open opening (111; 111).
