The present invention relates to an anti-wrinkle pillow attachment configured to be placed on a pillow. The pillow attachment includes a central section that is used for supporting a head of a user in a supine position and a face of the user in a prone position. A neck support sloping downwardly from the central section in front to support the neck and the spine of the user.
