The object further includes a frame which delimits an opening wherein the electro-optic display device is arranged. The object also includes an external electronic power and control device and elements for the electrical connection of the electro-optic display device to the external electronic power and control device, which are hidden by the frame of the object. The electro-optic display device defines an opaque active display area having a surface area that is less than the surface area of the opening, such that, even when the electro-optic display device is activated and displaying information, a transparent area remains between the active display area and the edges of the frame, whereas an area located beneath the active display area is hidden.

A wearable electronic arrangement selectively communicates, and senses for different types of single user response to, at least a portion of the received input via the selected type of notification. The context engine receives feedback regarding the sensible different types of single user response to at least partially determine the context indicator.

Electronic Devices With Display Burn-in Mitigation
An electronic device such as a wristwatch device or other device may have a display. The display may be used to continuously display information such as watch face information. A watch face image on the display may contain watch face elements such as watch face hands, watch face indices, and complications. To reduce burn-in risk for watch face elements, control circuitry in the electronic device may impose burn-in constraints on attributes of the watch face elements such as peak luminance constraints, dwell time constraints, color constraints, constraints on the shape of each element, and constraints on element style. These constraints may help avoid situations in which static elements such as watch face indices create more burn-in than dynamic elements such as watch face hands.
DISPLAY MODULE AND SYSTEM APPLICATIONS
A display module and system applications including a display module are described. The display module may include a display substrate including a front surface, a back surface, and a display area on the front surface. A plurality of interconnects extend through the display substrate from the front surface to the back surface. An array of light emitting diodes (LEDs) are in the display area and electrically connected with the plurality of interconnects, and one or more driver circuits are on the back surface of the display substrate. Exemplary system applications include wearable, rollable, and foldable displays.
