Container cap with integrated straw
A container cap with integrated straw includes a cap body which carries a drinking straw and is attachable to a beverage container. The container cap engages a neck of the beverage container in a watertight seal to prevent spillage of the beverage from the beverage container during use. A cap retainer can embrace the container cap for enhancing the watertight fitting of the container cap against the neck of the beverage container. The drinking straw can include a distal closed end that opens in the event of user aspiration on the straw. The distal closed end can be provided on the straw or on a disconnectable straw extension.
Lid and container including the same
The present disclosure discloses a lid, including a lid body with a hole; an elastic sleeve having a bore extending therethrough, a part of the elastic sleeve extending through the hole, the elastic sleeve elastically deformable between a torsional state and a non-torsional state; an elastic spout extending through the bore of the elastic sleeve, the elastic spout being open when the elastic sleeve is in the non-torsional state and being deformed to close when the elastic sleeve is in the torsional state; a rotating member configured for twisting the elastic sleeve to the torsional state; a locking member having a locking state for keeping the elastic sleeve in the torsional state, and a releasing state for allowing the elastic sleeve to return to the non-torsional state; and an elastic member interacting with the locking member for driving the locking member to remain in the locking state.
DRINK CONTAINER AND LID ASSEMBLY THEREOF
A drink container and a lid assembly thereof are provided. The drink container includes a container body and the lid assembly, the lid assembly includes a first lid and a second lid, the first lid is screwed at an opening end of the container body through screw threads, the first lid has a top portion, and the top portion of the first lid has an opening portion. The second lid is disposed above the first lid, the second lid includes a plunger component, and a bottom portion of the plunger can be engaged with the opening portion and sealed with the opening portion. The plunger component is connected to a connection arm, and one side of the connection arm corresponding to the plunger component is pivotally connected to a pivot portion of the first lid. The plunger component has a second accommodating space configured to accommodate a straw.
Straw Retention Device
Provided herein is a straw retaining device. The straw retaining device includes a straw. The straw is formed with a rounded straw support tab. The rounded straw support tab includes a plurality of wings extended downward and away from the straw. In an embodiment, the plurality of wings are attached to the outside of a cup or straw. In another embodiment, the plurality of wings are formed to the outside of the cup or straw.
Combination lid and straw for a drinking container
A combination lid and straw for covering a drinking container has a lid, a straw having an interlocking portion, and at least one venting slot. The lid has a lid perimeter adapted to be attached to the drinking container, and a straw aperture having an inner surface. The interlocking portion of the straw is shaped to interlock with the straw aperture to resist movement of the straw relative to the lid. The venting slots are formed between the inner surface of the straw aperture of the lid, and the outer surface of the straw. Each of the venting slots has a diameter that is large enough to allow air to vent into the container, but small enough to restrict liquid from leaking from the container. The drinking straw has a proximal and distal end. One or both ends may be shaped to prevent a water droplet from leaking from the drinking straw. The drinking straw body may have flexibility and a specific gravity greater than 1 so that when the container is held in a non-vertical orientation, the distal end of the elongate straw body remains submerged in the fluid within the container, without the addition of weights to the distal end of the straw body.
Integrated anti-spill container
A spill proof integrated container having a flexible cover, a snack container, a beverage cup and a straw. The snack container is attached to the beverage container. The snack container has a straw port. The flexible cover is secured over at least the snack container and has a diaphragm with slit openings formed through the diaphragm in order to access a first compartment within the snack container. The integrated container being useful for carrying both snacks and a beverage, all within a single integrated container.
Blending appliance
A blending appliance in accordance with the principals of the present invention includes a linear motor drive comprising a magnet structure secured to a reaction mass and a coil structure secured to a shaker platen, the shaker platen adapted to secure a blending cup. A third mass is secured to the reaction mass via at least one biasing member. A ground is secured to the third mass via at least one biasing member. The shaker platen is secured to the reaction mass via at least one biasing member. The magnet structure and coil structure impart a force to the reaction mass and the shaker platen, which force is driven by the biasing members and the masses of the shaker platen, the reaction mass, and the third mass into resonance, thereby maximizing payload amplitude, minimizing forces transmitted to ground, and minimizing driver amplitude. The smoothie blending cup comprising structure to generate at least two forces applied upon the smoothie ingredients, the forces selected from the group consisting of pulverizing force, shear force, rotational-kinetic energy force, radial-kinetic energy force, and combinations thereof. The smoothie blending cup and cap can be sealed with the beverage ingredients contained therein at the point of manufacture.
STRAW CAP WITH AN OPEN AND CLOSED VALVE MECHANISM
A beverage container is disclosed with a cap body having an upper straw with an incorporated valve that moves upward and downward to toggle between an open and closed position and a lower straw that is stationary within the cap body. Hermetic seals are formed between the straw bodies and cap body that allow the proper operation of a straw that opens, allowing fluid to flow through the straw bodies, and closes, stopping the flow of fluid through the straw bodies.
DRINKING VESSEL WITH SPILL-PROOF LID
Described herein are embodiments of an apparatus that include and/or consist of a spill-proof lid for a drinking container. In one embodiment, the apparatus includes a lid, where the lid is configured to include a straw having a leak-proof engagement with the lid and a one-way valve disposed in a portion of the straw that only allows liquid to exit the container (through the straw) when the pressure inside the container is sufficiently greater than the pressure outside the container.
