Logo Drinkware and Serving Tray Set
The present invention relates to drinkware and tray set used by users for displaying love and fandom for a favorite team, organization, and event in addition to serving and drinking beverages. The set has a serving tray, at least a mug/pitcher, and a plurality of glasses. A logo representing a team, organization, or event is printed on the tray, mug/pitcher, and the glasses enabling users to display love or affinity for the entity/event/team whose logo is printed. The logo may have a coating of fluorescent material and anti-skid material and is permanently printed. The set can be created to represent any sports team, organization, club, organization, or event that the user desires.
CLOSURE DEVICE FOR PRESERVING AN OPEN BOTTLE OF DISTILLED SPIRITS
A closure device for sealing a distilled spirits bottle. The closure device has a pair of channels. A first channel extends through the center of the closure device and acts as an air passage. A second channel is arranged along an exterior portion of the rim of the closure devices and extends through the closure device for pouring. A telescoping backbone through which the air passage is extended connects with the bottom of the first channel in the closure device and descends into the bottle. The telescoping backbone can be altered in height to accommodate various sizes of bottle. A tapered bladder extends around the telescoping backbone. The bladder fills an interior portion of the air bladder with fluid first, thereby causing liquid contents of the bottle to raise to a desired level, or fill line.

The present invention relates to a trackable cup device for locating a user's lost cup through electronic communication with a transmitter in a remote, and a receiver in a base member. The device is comprised of body, a top member, a base member, and a remote. The top member is primarily comprised of at least one nozzle, at least one opening, and at least one fastener. The base member is further comprised of at least one receiver, at least one speaker, and at least one battery. The remote is comprised of at least one transmitter, at least one microphone, and at least one battery. Further, the device allows a user to play prerecorded messages or sounds through the speakers to calm their children.

The disclosure relates to the first seriously smart water bottle. Various embodiments of the present invention are directed to a wearable drinking device and a method of using the same. In embodiments, the wearable drinking device comprises at least one retaining member; a frame member; and two arms. The at least one retaining member is configured for being secured to the at least one retaining member. In embodiments, the wearable drinking device comprise at least one cap detachably secured to the at least one retaining member. In embodiments, a method of using the wearable drinking device comprise providing a wearable drinking device comprising at least one retaining member, at least one cap and a frame member; filling the at least one retaining member with a liquid; securing the at least one cap to the at least one retaining member; securing the at least one retaining member to the frame member; and positioning the frame member on a user's face.
Porter air touch
The Porter Air Touch is a wireless powered LED drinking glass with internal LED lights that emits light but does not require internal batteries. The drinking glass internal LED lights receive energy via a large flat surface that emits an electromagnetic field. The electromagnetic field emitted from the two inductive plates permeates through a non-conductive barrier that reaches the bottom of the LED drinking glass. Two metallic drinking glass aluminum contact plates along the bottom of the LED drinking glasses absorb the electromagnetic energy from the inductive plates and powers the LED lights wirelessly.
FLUID INTAKE MONITORING
A cup for measuring the liquid intake of an individual. The cup comprising: a liquid holding portion, defined by at least one sidewall and a base; a liquid level sensor, comprising a plurality of conductive surfaces disposed in an array along the sidewall in a direction away from the base; and a processor, configured to derive a liquid level from the liquid level sensor by determining which of the plurality of conductive surfaces have a capacitance higher than a threshold value, the threshold value being indicative of the respective conductive surface being below a liquid level line, and thereby measure the liquid intake of the individual.
PROVIDING AN INDICATION OF A PERSON'S GUM HEALTH
An optical analysis of saliva or a fluid-saliva mixture is performed in order to check whether the saliva or fluid-saliva mixture contains blood, which allows for determining whether or not a person may suffer from gingivitis or another condition affecting gum health. Light received from a representative volume of fluid (23) containing saliva is detected and analyzed. The analysis involves determination of at least one measurement value of light received by a light-receiving unit (25) for only a single wavelength of the light, particularly a wavelength that is associated with high absorption by a constituent of blood. It this respect, it is practical if the light-receiving unit (25) is configured to receive reflected light back from the volume of fluid (23). The optical analysis may be performed real-time during an action in a person's mouth involving a gum agitation effect, or after such action has taken place, for example.
Combination Beverage Container and Smoking Apparatus
A combination beverage container and smoking device includes a beverage container, with a cylindrical body member formed by a circular sidewall, having a closed top member, with a pre-cut opening to form a mouth and an opening mechanism, and a closed bottom member. The sidewall of the cylindrical body member includes a bowl and a carburetor. Removable covers are attached to the sidewall of the cylindrical body member and cover both the bowl and the carburetor. After consuming the liquid inside the container, and when ready to smoke, the user simply removes the cover, places his smoking substance on the screen, heats up the smoking substance, and inhales by placing his mouth at the pre-cut opening.
