A food and beverage retaining assembly having in combination a serving plate and a removable, baseless, stemmed beverage receptacle, wherein the beverage receptacle is mechanically interlocked with the serving plate, and further wherein the beverage receptacle is incapable of standing upright on a horizontal surface while retaining liquid unless connected to the serving plate.

A hygienic drinkware and drink insulator device including a receptacle member, a lid member ad a lever member. The receptacle member having an open top area and includes an insulated cavity for storing a beverage or a beverage container. The lid member covers the open top area and a drinking coverage area of the receptacle member. The lid member is fixedly attached to the receptacle member. The lever mechanism is fixedly attached to the lid member and operates the lid member in an open state and a closed state.

A convertible beverage container includes a first pod portion, a second pod portion, and at least one seal. The first and second pod portions are configured to alternately form (a) a pod configuration in which a base element at a base end of the first pod portion is fixably attached to an open orifice at a drinking end of the second pod portion with the at least one seal disposed between the first and second pod portions to form a seal therebetween and (b) a stemware configuration in which an attachment element at an attachment end of the first pod portion is fixably attached to an attachment region of the second pod portion to form a stemware drinking vessel having a foot, a stem, and a bowl in which the first pod portion forms the foot and stem of the stemware drinking vessel and the second pod portion forms the bowl of the stemware drinking vessel.

A drinking vessel comprises a drinking vessel body having a base end and a drinking end oppositely disposed to the base end, the drinking end including an open orifice for drinking contents of the drinking vessel, the base end including a base element configured to attach a bottom ring.

A hand-actuated container used for mixing liquids contains a compression platform with release holes and walls with convolution areas. The convolution areas are convoluted when the container is in a state of compression. These features form a compressible cavity body that, when filled with liquid and compressed, push liquid at high pressure through a nozzle into a liquid reservoir. Vacuum backflow occurs through the release holes and the nozzle as the compressible cavity body returns to its original shape. In some embodiments, a double level platform allows a user to dial in the amount of backflow through the release holes.

A shot glass or pipe includes a counter in the form of a sleeve rotatably coupled to a main body or stem of the shot glass or marijuana pipe, the sleeve including a window through which a number indicative of the number of units of alcohol or marijuana consumed is visible. A ratcheting mechanism prevents reverse rotation of the sleeve, and ensures that the window stays in place in front of a particular number until the user intentionally applies force to rotate the sleeve to a next number.

Various beverage containers are described. One such beverage container includes a cup; a first hinge portion, attached to the cup and defining a lower track edge; and a second hinge, portion attached to the cup and defining an upper track edge. The beverage container includes also includes a rotatable handle. The lower track edge and the upper track edge define a track which is configured to retain the rotatable handle in a first position.

A beverage system is provided that includes a cup having a frustoconical wall extending from a first end to a second end. The first end is coupled to a bottom wall and the second end defines a rim. Inner surfaces of the walls define a cavity. The rim defines an opening that is in communication with the cavity. A lid is coupled to the rim such that the lid covers at least a portion of the opening. A sleeve includes a collar that surrounds a portion of the frustoconical wall. The sleeve includes first and second arms. The arms each include a first end coupled to the collar and an opposite second end. The second end of the first arm directly engages the lid. The second end of the second arm directly engages the second end of the first arm when the second end of the first arm directly engages the lid to prevent the lid from being removed from the cup.

A portable staked accessory holder is an apparatus that mounted into the ground to uphold various small items. The apparatus includes a tray, a telescopic post assembly, and a stake. The tray upholds small items such as a beverage cup or a small plate. The telescopic post assembly offsets the tray from the ground and is height adjustable. The stake drives into and mounts into the ground. The apparatus further includes a beverage holder, an electronic device holder, and a spring clamp. The beverage holder attaches a beverage with the telescopic post assembly so that the tray remains uninhibited and the space of the tray is maximized. The electronic device holder upholds an electronic device such as a smart phone with the beverage holder for easy access. The spring clamp allows the beverage holder, and consequently the electronic device holder to be attached and removed with the telescopic post assembly.

The present invention discloses a modular drinking glass with interchangeable parts, and which is particularly simple and functional, with reduced costs. The modular glass includes a glass portion, a stem, a cork, and a lid. The stem portion is attached to the glass portion from its bottom. The cork is removably attached to a lower portion of the stem. The cork is removably attached to a hollow circular portion of the lid. The lid is usable as a cap as well as a stand for the glass. The modular glass further includes a seal for covering a top of the glass and is used to maintain freshness of a sealed beverage in the glass.
