Numerical control device
A numerical control device that controls a servomotor on the basis of a machining program. The machining program determines whether or not to perform correction on reversal of a moving direction of a mechanical system driven in a movement axis direction by the servomotor. This is done on the basis of the machining program including an instruction that causes the reversal of the moving direction of the mechanical system and another instruction to be executed later than the instruction.

Servo driver with simple assembly work of capacitor to housing
A servo driver is provided with a housing, a substantially cylindrical capacitor, and a case body in which the capacitor is stored. The case body has a substantially box-like shape formed by being provided with an opening portion that makes it possible to take in and out the capacitor with respect to the case body along a direction orthogonal to an axial direction of the capacitor, and is assembled to the housing so that the opening portion is covered with a closing portion that is a part of the housing. An elastically deformable cushion material is interposed between the closing portion and the capacitor. While being elastically biased to a bottom portion of the case body, the capacitor is thereby sandwiched and held between the closing portion and the bottom portion.
SERVO CONTROL DEVICE
A servo control device controls a combined position of a first servo system and a second servo system having higher response than response of the first servo system. The servo control device includes a first axis target value creation unit and a correction unit. The first axis target value creation unit creates a first axis target value based on a combined command value which is a position command value of the combined position. The correction unit converts the first axis target value into a first axis command value by using a first transfer function. In addition, the correction unit converts the first axis target value by using a second transfer function, and calculates a second axis command value by subtracting the converted first axis target value from the combined command value. The product of the first transfer function and a first model transfer function which models characteristics of the first servo system is equal to the product of the second transfer function and a second model transfer function which models characteristics of the second servo system.

A motor control device includes a velocity controller configured to calculate a torque command from a velocity command and a motor velocity; a compensation torque calculation unit configured to calculate a compensation torque command by multiplying an error between the motor velocity and a velocity of a driven part by a compensation gain and a compensation filter; a torque control unit configured to control torque of a motor based on a value obtained by adding the torque command and the compensation torque command; and a setting change part configured to change a gain of the velocity controller according to an operating condition of the motor control device, and change at least one of the compensation gain and the compensation filter in accordance with a change in the gain of the velocity controller.

A motor control device includes a velocity controller configured to calculate a torque command from a velocity command and a motor velocity; a compensation torque calculation unit configured to calculate a compensation torque command by multiplying an error between the motor velocity and a velocity of a driven part by a compensation gain and a compensation filter; a torque control unit configured to control torque of a motor based on a value obtained by adding the torque command and the compensation torque command; and a setting change part configured to change a gain of the velocity controller according to an operating condition of the motor control device, and change at least one of the compensation gain and the compensation filter in accordance with a change in the gain of the velocity controller.
