A linear electrical machine comprising a frame with a level reference plane and an array of electromagnets, connected to the frame to form a drive plane at a predetermined height relative to the reference plane. The array of electromagnets being arranged so that a series of electromagnets of the array of electromagnets define at least one drive line within the drive plane, and each of the electromagnets being coupled to an alternating current power source energizing each electromagnet. At least one reaction platen of paramagnetic, diamagnetic, or non-magnetic conductive material disposed to cooperate with the electromagnets of the array of electromagnets so that excitation of the electromagnets with alternating current generates levitation and propulsion forces against the reaction platen that controllably levitate and propel the reaction platen along at least one drive line, in a controlled attitude relative to the drive plane.

A servo motor controller capable of eliminating inconvenience that the position of a shaft or the like of a servo motor is detected or set erroneously due to influence of noise or the like is provided. A servo motor controller that detects Z-phase signals of an incremental-type encoder that detects rotation of a servo motor to perform driving control of the servo motor includes: a position detection unit that detects a reference position of a rotating shaft of the servo motor on the basis of the Z-phase signal of the encoder; a signal interval detection unit that measures intervals of a plurality of detected Z-phase signals; and an abnormality determination unit that determines that the Z-phase signal is abnormal when the interval measured by the signal interval detection unit is equal to or larger than a prescribed threshold.
Control apparatus for controlling IoT devices with rotation operation
A controller apparatus for controlling IoT devices has a rotation disk, a rotation detection circuit, a control circuit, a wireless circuit, a circuit board and a housing. The rotation disk has a rotating shaft in an inner surface of the rotation disk for generating a rotation operation, where the rotation operation is either a clockwise rotation or a counterclockwise rotation. The rotation detection circuit is used for detecting the rotation operation of the rotating shaft. The control circuit retrieves the rotation operation from the rotation detection circuit, and generates a control instruction according to the rotation operation to the wireless circuit to control a corresponding external device.

ARTICULATED FLUID DELIVERY SYSTEM WITH ENHANCED POSITIONING CONTROL
A spatially positioned assembly comprising, in preferred embodiments, a fluid inlet in fluid flow communication with a fluid connection adapter. A plurality of boom sections are concatenated in articulated fashion. The plurality is rotatably connected to a turret at a proximal thereof, and is rotatably connected with the fluid connection adapter at a distal end thereof. The fluid connection adapter is disposed for connection to a mating fluid connection housing assembly provided on a wellhead. Independent control of rotation at multiple axes on the spatially positioned assembly allows an operator to establish measured directional bearings at axes, such that sets of measured directional bearings values contribute to defining corresponding spatial positions for the assembly.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ACCURATE POSITIONING OF A MOVEABLY ARRANGED PANEL
A method for positioning a movably arranged panel comprises the steps of determining a panel breaking distance based on a physical property of the moveable panel and a physical property of at least one of a drive assembly and a drive motor. The panel breaking distance corresponds to a distance covered by the moveable panel in a period of time starting from a decision to switch off the drive motor until stand-still of the moveable panel. The drive motor is switched off when an expected stop position is within a predetermined range around a desired stop position.
Vehicle with lean control
A vehicle with two front wheels includes an EPS that makes it difficult for a rider to feel a sensation of physical disorder while realizing a vertical angle suppression function. The EPS is configured to apply an assisting force to a steering effort transmission mechanism. The vehicle further includes an EPL configured to apply a turning effort to a cross member of a link mechanism to turn the cross member relative to a vehicle body frame, and a control unit configured to control the EPS and the EPL. The control unit determines an EPS command value that determines a magnitude of output torque of the EPS and an EPL command value that determines a magnitude of output torque of the EPL according to a physical quantity including at least a vehicle speed and a vertical angle, and controls a ratio of the EPL command value to the EPS command value.
Window control device for a vehicle and a method therefor
A window control device for a vehicle, and a method therefor, include a driving motor configured to drive a window glass, a first sensor configured to generate one pulse signal corresponding to a rotation of the driving motor, a second sensor configured to sense a voltage signal provided to the driving motor, and a controller configured to perform a safety function based on the one pulse signal generated by the first sensor and the voltage signal sensed by the second sensor. Although a fault occurs in one of two hall sensors, the window control device may normally perform the safety function.
ARTICULATED FLUID DELIVERY SYSTEM WITH ENHANCED POSITIONING CONTROL
A fluid delivery system including an articulated fluid delivery unit (FDU) comprising, in preferred embodiments, first and second boom sections concatenated in articulated fashion to a turret. A stinger assembly is provided at a distal end of the FDU. The stinger assembly includes a fluid connection adapter for connection to a mating fluid connection housing assembly provided on a wellhead. Independent control of rotation at each of multiple axes on the FDU allows an operator to establish a measured directional bearing at each axis, such that a set of directional bearings values defines the FDU's current spatial position. In preferred embodiments, the FDU may learn a desired spatial position by storing the set of directional bearings values corresponding to that spatial position. The FDU may then return to that stored spatial position robotically when instructed to recall and take up again the corresponding set of directional bearings values.
Motor grader 3D grade control
Systems and methods for providing grade control on a motor grader without the use of masts attached to the blade. Embodiments include a body angle sensor configured to detect movement of a construction machine's body, a front GNSS receiver configured to detect a geospatial position of the construction machine's body within a world space, a drawbar angle sensor configured to detect movement of the construction machine's drawbar, and a blade angle sensor configured to detect movement of the construction machine's blade. Two positions on the blade may be calculated first within a machine space and subsequently within the world space. Movement of at least one articulating connection may be caused based on the blade positions within the world space.
