Cup holder Apparatus and Method of Holding Cups and Other Beverage Containers
Cup holders are disclosed that can be attached to the telescoping handle of modern luggage in order to provide a convenient place to set down a beverage during waits in airports, train stations, hotel lobbies and other places. In one form, an adjustable lanyard is provided with an adjustable clamp. The lanyard is placed around the telescoping handle and a portion of the lanyard is pulled through the adjustable clamp until the cup holder is secured to the luggage.
Adjustable beverage insulator devices
An adjustable beverage insulator device, including: a side wall forming a substantially cylindrical vessel holding structure defining a slot along one side of the substantially cylindrical vessel holding structure, wherein the slot traverses the length of the substantially cylindrical vessel holding structure from a top portion to a bottom portion thereof; wherein a bottom portion of the substantially cylindrical vessel holding structure optionally includes one of a spring clamp and a constriction mechanism operable for biasing the substantially cylindrical vessel holding structure into a constricted configuration. The side wall includes one of a substantially rigid material and a substantially flexible material, and optionally an insulation material disposed one of on and adjacent to an interior or exterior surface thereof. Optionally, the slot is sized to accommodate the handle of a vessel selectively disposed within the substantially cylindrical vessel holding structure. Optionally, the adjustable beverage insulator further includes a floor structure coupled to the bottom portion of the substantially cylindrical vessel holding structure. Optionally, the floor structure has a variable diameter.
High performance photocurable optically clear adhesive
The present invention is an optically clear, curable adhesive including a polyvinylbutyral, a polyurethane (meth)acrylate, and a photoinitiator. The polyvinylbutyral has a dynamic viscosity of between about 9 and about 13 mPa.Math.s and a polyvinyl alcohol weight percent of less than about 18%. The polyurethane (meth)acrylate includes the reaction product of a diol, at least one diisocyanate, and a hydroxyfunctional (meth)acrylate or an isocyanatofunctional (meth)acrylate. When the optically clear, curable adhesive is placed between two transparent substrates and made into a laminate, the laminate has a haze of less than about 6%, a transmission of greater than about 88% and an optical clarity of greater than about 98% when cured. The optically clear, curable adhesive also has a peel adhesion of at least about 100 g/cm based on ASTM 3330 when cured.
MULTIPURPOSE DRINKWARE HOLDER
The present invention relates to a beverage container holding device for holding various types of beverage containers. The holding device can be used for both hot and cold beverages and can be in the shape of a chalice. More specifically, the holding device includes a bowl portion for receiving and accommodating a beverage container, and a stem extending from the bottom end of the bowl portion to a weighted base. The weighted base includes a non-slip bottom surface, and is used for placing the device on a horizontal surface such as a bar table. The device can be in the form of a single unit structure or can have modular components. The bowl portion includes an inner non-slip and insulating material to maintain temperatures of drinks and to secure placement of the container therein.
Insulated Cup Holder
An insulated cup holder includes an outer shell, an inner shell connected to and spaced from the outer shell, and a spacer. The outer shell includes an outer shell sidewall, an inside surface of which defines an interior space of the outer shell. The inner shell includes an inner shell sidewall, an upper peripheral edge of which defines an open receiving end. An inside surface of the inner shell sidewall defines an open interior space. An area defined by the upper peripheral edge of the inner shell sidewall is larger than that defined by a lower peripheral edge of the inner shell sidewall, such that the inner shell sidewall tapers from the upper peripheral edge to the lower peripheral edge. The inner shell is arranged within the interior space of the outer shell. The spacer is configured to be arranged in contact with and extending inward from the inner shell.
Coolie Beverage Holder with Light
A beverage holder with an insulating sleeve holds a beverage container and a light mount with a light. The light mount comprises an exterior housing located outside the insulating sleeve and on a lateral wall of the insulating sleeve. A light is carried by the exterior housing and located outside of the insulating sleeve. An interior backing is located on an interior of the insulating sleeve and fastened to the exterior housing through the insulating sleeve. The exterior housing and the interior backing sandwich a portion of the lateral wall of the insulating sleeve.
INSULATED BEVERAGE CONTAINER
Various embodiments concern a handheld beverage container. The beverage container includes a vacuum chamber located radially between an inner tubular sidewall and an outer tubular sidewall and axially between an inner bottom wall and an outer bottom wall. The combined heat capacity of both of the inner tubular sidewall and the inner bottom wall can be greater than the combined heat capacity of both of the outer tubular sidewall and the outer bottom wall such that a vacuum insulated thermal reserve is formed. Heat can be exchanged between the thermal reserve and the beverage to stabilize the temperature of the beverage to counteract ambient cooling/heating of the beverage. Various embodiments concern a cap that seals with a disposable cup that is held within a container body, allowing a beverage to be contained in the disposable cup while being insulated by the container body, with or without a thermal reserve.
THERMALLY INSULATING HOLDER FOR DISPOSABLE BEVERAGE CUPS
An insulating holder is provided for a conventional disposable beverage cup. The insulating holder includes an upward-facing flange that supports the beverage cup at its peripheral bead and without interfering with a disposable lid that may be fitted to the cup by snap fit over the peripheral bead. The insulating holder further includes a retaining mechanism that holds the disposable cup and lid in the holder without interfering with the ability of the user to drink from the cup. The insulating holder further includes means to facilitate insertion of the cup into the holder without requiring the user to hold the cup either by its bead or by the lid.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR CONTROLLING AND MAINTAINING THE TEMPERATURE OF A DRINK WITHIN A DRINKING VESSEL
Disclosed herein are systems for regulating a temperature of a drink, the system comprising: a receptacle system defining a recess for receiving a drinking vessel, including: an outer receptacle, and an inner receptacle that is removably couplable to the outer receptacle, wherein a cavity is defined between the outer receptacle and the inner receptable, the receptacle system comprising a top end portion, a bottom end portion, an inner wall portion, and an outer wall portion, the top end portion defines a top opening of the recess.
