Disclosed herein a sensor module for a brake system. In accordance with an aspect of the disclosure, a sensor module for a brake system that measures a moving distance of a movable member interlocking according to a pedal effort of a brake pedal, the sensor module includes a magnet provided on the movable member, a mounting block provided so that the movable member moves forward and backward, the mounting block coupled to a hydraulic block in which a master cylinder is formed to be fixed to a dashboard of a vehicle, and a detecting member provided on the mounting block in order to be spaced apart from the magnet at a predetermined interval, and configured to detect a change in magnetic field according to a movement of the movable member.
Vehicle brake pedal with pedal resistance assembly and force/position sensor
A brake pedal assembly comprising a pedal and a pedal resistance force member operably coupled to the pedal. A damper pedal resistance force module defines an interior fluid-filled cavity. A shaft extends through the damper module and includes a piston mounted thereon and moveable through the fluid-filled cavity to generate a damper resistance force. A spring pedal resistance force module is adapted to generate a spring pedal resistance force. A pedal force sensing module is mounted to the pedal resistance force member. A pedal position sensor is mounted to the pedal resistance force member. A pedal force sensor is mounted to the pedal resistance force member.
ACCELERATOR PEDAL SYSTEM
An accelerator pedal system includes a pedal lever that performs an operation in accordance with a step-on operation, a lock mechanism configured to restrict the operation of the pedal lever, and an actuator configured to switch between a locked state in which the operation of the pedal lever is restricted by the lock mechanism and an unlocked state in which the operation of the pedal lever is not restricted by the lock mechanism. A controller includes a locking operation determination unit that determines switching of a locking operation by the lock mechanism, an actuator control unit that controls a driving operation of the actuator, and an information acquisition unit that acquires vehicle speed information. The locking operation determination unit locks the pedal lever when a vehicle is traveling in an automatic driving mode and when a vehicle speed is equal to or more than an activation-determination lower limit value.
Electronic throttle control pedal assembly
An electronic throttle control pedal assembly includes a housing having a friction generating surface, a pedal arm, a spring carrier, and at least one spring. The pedal arm includes a hub portion and a friction generating member. The friction generating member has a lobe connected to a cross member and is positioned on a side surface of the hub portion. The cross member extends within the hub portion. The spring carrier has a friction generating portion. As the pedal arm is depressed, a portion of the spring carrier engages the friction generating portion against the cross member positioned within the hub aperture and pivotally engages a portion of the lobe of the friction generating member against the friction generating surface of the housing thereby creating at least two independent friction generating surfaces to create a hysteresis proportional to the depression of the pedal arm.
ACCELERATOR PEDAL SYSTEM
An accelerator pedal system includes a pedal lever, a lock mechanism, an actuator, and an ECU. The pedal lever operates according to a step-on operation. The lock mechanism can restrict an operation of the pedal lever. The actuator switches between a locked state in which the operation of the pedal lever is restricted by the lock mechanism and an unlocked state in which the operation of the pedal lever is not restricted. The ECU includes a lock operation determination unit and an actuator control unit. The lock operation determination unit unlocks the pedal lever when an approaching object from behind is detected during a travel of a vehicle in the locked state.

A foldable pedal apparatus for vehicles is provided in which pedal pads are rotated rearwards from a footrest panel and thus enter a pop-up state to be manipulable by a driver in a manual driving mode in which the driver directly drives a vehicle. ROBOTIC SURGICAL PEDAL WITH INTEGRATED FOOT SENSOR
A foot pedal assembly for controlling a robotic surgical system. The foot pedal assembly including a foot pedal base, a foot pedal and a sensor. The foot pedal moves relative to the foot pedal base and has a contact surface extending from a distal end to a proximal end of the foot pedal. The contact surface is to come into contact with a foot of a user during use of the foot pedal assembly for controlling the robotic surgical system and the distal end is farther away from a heel of the foot than the proximal end during use of the assembly for controlling the robotic surgical system. The sensor is coupled to the contact surface of the foot pedal at a position closer to the proximal end than the distal end, and the sensor is operable to sense a target object positioned a distance over the contact surface
