Armrest
An armrest has a base, a support arm pivotal on the base between a first end position and a second end position, and a latch including a first latch formation on the support arm and a second latch formation on the base for securing the support arm relative to the base in at least one of the end positions. A spring biases the support arm into the first end position and carries one of the first and second latch formations.

An armrest includes an upper support section having one or more ventilation and drainage apertures that couple an upper surface of the upper support section to a lower portion of the armrest to facilitate airflow and drainage between the upper surface of the upper support section and the lower portion of the armrest. The armrest also includes one or more control implements and an arm pad removably coupled to the upper support section. The arm pad includes one or more pad apertures formed therein that communicate with the ventilation and drainage apertures to allow ventilation and drainage between an upper surface of the arm pad and the lower portion of the armrest.

Control Lever Device for Construction Machine
A lock mechanism is provided in front of each of left and right consoles to fix the console in an optional position. Each of the lock mechanisms is provided with a lock release lever for selecting a lock state of fixing the console and a lock release state of releasing fixation of the console. Each of the lock release levers is provided to extend outward in a left-right direction from the lock mechanism. The lock state is defined by an inclined posture in which a tip end side of the lock release lever is in an oblique downward direction and the lock release state is defined by a horizontal posture in which the tip end sides of the lock release lever is rotated in an upward direction. A hand hold part is provided in front of each of the consoles and above each of the lock release levers to swing the console in the upper-lower direction in the lock release state.
