METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INPUTTING KOREAN CHARACTERS BASED ON MOTION OF FINGERS OF USER
Provided are a method of receiving a Korean input by using an electronic apparatus and an apparatus. The method of inputting Korean, performed by using an electronic apparatus includes: displaying consonant buttons for inputting Korean consonants on a screen of the electronic apparatus; identifying a user's fingers; as a motion of a first finger is sensed among the user's fingers, selecting a consonant button corresponding to a location of the first finger; as the consonant button is selected, displaying vowel buttons corresponding to second, third, and fourth fingers among the user's fingers and being used to input Korean vowels on the screen of the electronic apparatus; and as a motion of at least one finger of the second, third, and fourth fingers is sensed, selecting at least one vowel button corresponding to the at least one finger.
DEVICE, METHOD, AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM STORING A PROGRAM FOR ASSISTING TEXT INPUT
A first searcher searches a dictionary with a first character string that is input, and acquires a second character string corresponding to the first character string. The second searcher performs a web search with a search character string based on the first character string that is input, and acquires a keyword extracted from a search result as a third character string. A search switching step switches between the first searcher and the second searcher. An outputter outputs the second character string acquired by the first searcher or the third character string acquired by the second searcher.
INPUT METHOD, DEVICE, AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS
An input method, device and electronic apparatus are provided. The input method includes acquiring text information at an input cursor position, where the text information includes above text information located before the input cursor and/or below text information located after the input cursor; extracting keywords from the text information; searching through associative candidate lexicons of the keywords to obtain an enter-on-screen candidate word queue at the input cursor position; outputting the enter-on-screen candidate word queue. By acquiring the text information at the input cursor position and determining the enter-on-screen candidate word queue based on the keywords in the text information, embodiments of the present disclosure solve the issue in existing techniques that after the input cursor changes it position, no enter-on-screen candidate word may be provided by association because no reliable enter-on-screen entry is obtained.
KEYBOARD MANAGEMENT USER INTERFACES
The present disclosure relates to user interfaces for receiving handwriting input, accessing predictive text candidates, and accessing keyboards.
Input method, input apparatus, and terminal
An input method includes receiving input end indication information sent by an input module, where the input end indication information indicates that input of a character or a word ends, obtaining a location of a cursor, identifying the input character or word forward from the location of the cursor until a first punctuation input before the character or the word is identified, using the identified character or word as a previous text, and querying a word library for a next text associated with the previous text, and outputting the associated next text to a display module for displaying.
Interface, character input guide method, and program
An interface performs a flick operation with a button selected from buttons of representative characters for each of the syllabic lines of the Japanese syllabary that are array-displayed on a touch panel so as to specify any one of Japanese characters assigned to the representative character in advance. The interface includes a storage unit that stores association information in which up, down, left, and right directions are set to each of the characters assigned to the representative characters in association with each button and a guide image display processing unit that displays a guide image guiding arrangement directions set to the characters assigned to the representative characters prior to selection of a button of the representative character in an outside of an array display region of the representative character.
LETTER INPUT METHOD USING TOUCHSCREEN
A letter input method using a touch screen allows an input action of a user to be recognized using basic slip actions in four directions perpendicular to each other and consecutive slip actions expansively consecutive therefrom, and a consecutive slip action is configured as a combination of actions slipping in a direction not overlapping with a former slip direction. Thus, each slip action may be clearly distinguished to fundamentally solve problems such as erroneous input, duplicated recognition caused by gestures (slips) performed at a border line, erroneous recognition or the like, thereby greatly improving the efficiency in inputting letters and also realizing an action recognition algorithm more conveniently and easily.
METHOD AND COMPUTER READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM FOR PROVIDING TRANSLATION USING IMAGE
A method for providing an original sentence and a translation for the original sentence in a user terminal, includes: presenting, by the user terminal, a plurality of images to a user; verifying, by the user terminal, an image selected by the user among the plurality of images; obtaining, by the user terminal, an original sentence corresponding to the image selected by the user and a translation sentence for the image from a database; and providing, by the user terminal, the original sentence corresponding to the selected image and the translation for the original sentence together with the selected image.
GESTURE BASED SYSTEM FOR TRANSLATION AND TRANSLITERATION OF INPUT TEXT AND A METHOD THEREOF
A gesture based system for translation and transliteration of input text, and a corresponding method have been disclosed. The system and method provide for selective translation and transliteration of the input text, based on the gestures performed by a user. When the user performs a left swipe gesture, input text which is in a first language is translated into a language prescribed by the user. In the event that the user performs a right-swipe, the input text is transliterated from a first language, into a language prescribed by the user. The user is also enabled to switch back to the original language of the input text, that is, the first language, by performing predetermined gestures.
