Assessment of humidity and non-humidity driven corrosion risk

An information handling system includes a corrosion controller that may monitor a corrosion sensor array, and determine a type of the corrosion based on a location of a corrosion sensor. The corrosion type may include humidity driven corrosion and non-humidity driven corrosion.

Processing rest API requests based on resource usage satisfying predetermined limits

A request manager analyzes API calls from a client to a host application for state and performance information. If current utilization of host application processing or memory footprint resources exceed predetermined levels, then the incoming API call is not forwarded to the application. If current utilization of the host application processing and memory resources do not exceed the predetermined levels, then the request manager quantifies the processing or memory resources required to report the requested information and determines whether projected utilization of the host application processing or memory resources inclusive of the resources required to report the requested information exceed predetermined levels. If the predetermined levels are not exceeded, then the request manager forwards the API call to the application for processing.

Efficient inferencing with piecewise pointwise convolution

Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for performing piecewise pointwise convolution, comprising: performing a first piecewise pointwise convolution on a first subset of data received via a first branch input at a piecewise pointwise convolution layer of a convolutional neural network (CNN) model; performing a second piecewise pointwise convolution on a second subset of data received via a second branch input at the piecewise pointwise convolution layer; determining a piecewise pointwise convolution output by summing a result of the first piecewise pointwise convolution and a result of the second piecewise pointwise convolution; and providing the piecewise pointwise convolution output to a second layer of the CNN model.

The monitoring component is further configured to store the monitoring information and output the monitoring information to the operation controller in response to receiving the measured temperature from the temperature circuit.

TOOL FOR BUSINESS RESILIENCE TO DISASTER

Methods, systems, and computer programs are presented for estimating downtime and recovery time after a disaster. One method includes an operation for calculating component fragility functions for components of a facility that are vulnerable to damage after a disaster. Further, the method includes calculating component recovery functions for the components of the facility. The component recovery functions indicate a probability of recovery after a disaster over time. The method further includes operations for calculating a facility fragility function and a facility recovery function based on the component fragility functions and the component recovery functions, and for determining a downtime for the facility for a given intensity associated with the disaster. Further, the method includes an operation for causing presentation of the downtime for the facility on a user interface (UI).

Exemplary methods, apparatuses, and systems include receiving a plurality of read operations. The read operations are divided into a current set of a sequence of read operations and one or more other sets. The size of the current set is a first number of read operations. An aggressor read operation is selected from the current set. A first data integrity scan is performed on a victim of the aggressor and a first indicator of data integrity is determined based on the first data integrity scan. A scaling factor is determined using the indicator of data integrity and a number of program erase cycles for the portion of memory. The set size of read operations is adjusted to a second number of read operations using the scaling factor for a subsequent set.
