Authentication-triggered processes
Digital fingerprints are used to authenticate a physical item. Authentication attempts may automatically trigger various predetermined processes. Different processes may take place depending on whether the authentication was successful. The process(es) may be computer-implemented, for example, using executable scripts. The triggered process(es) may be immediate (real-time), or delayed, deferred, or batched, etc. At least one additional process is triggered or initiated, locally or remotely, by at least one affirmative authentication result or at least one additional process is triggered by a least one unsuccessful authentication attempt. In one example, a combination of purchase and authentication of an item is combined into a single action.
Computerized method and system for automated determination of high quality digital content
Disclosed are systems and methods for improving interactions with and between computers in a content generating, hosting and/or providing system supported by or configured with personal computing devices, servers and/or platforms. The systems interact to identify and retrieve data across platforms, which can be used to improve the quality of data used in processing interactions between or among processors in such systems. The disclosed systems and methods provide systems and methods for automatic discovery of high quality digital content. According to embodiments, the present disclosure describes improved computer system and methods directed to analyzing raw image data, such as features and descriptors of images in order to identify a high quality image(s). Such images can be identified from a database of images, and such images can be identified in real-time, or near real-time during the capture of an image(s) by a camera.
Displaying readymade tags for selecting and associating tags with content
Displaying graphical user interfaces for selecting or preparing one or more types of contents, selecting and associating system and/or user provided readymade tags with contents, publishing or sharing content and tags and viewing said published or shared or received contents and tags comprises displaying tag related or associated contents or displaying contents and associated tags.

ITEM RECOMMENDATIONS BASED ON IMAGE FEATURE DATA
An apparatus and method to adjust item recommendations are disclosed herein. A first image attribute of a query image is compared to a second image attribute of each of a plurality of inventory images of a plurality of inventory items to identify the inventory items similar to the query image. Item recommendations comprising the identified inventory items in a first listing order are provided for display at a remote device. A second listing order of the identified inventory items is determined based on a user preference for a particular one of the identified inventory items. At least the second listing order is provided to the remote device for re-display of the item recommendations in accordance with the second listing order.
PICTURE SET DESCRIPTION GENERATION METHOD AND APPARATUS, AND COMPUTER DEVICE AND STORAGE MEDIUM
This application provides a method of generating a description for a picture set performed at a computer device, and a storage medium. The method includes: acquiring a picture set to be processed; performing picture feature extraction on each picture in the picture set to acquire a picture feature corresponding to the picture, and forming a picture feature sequence corresponding to the picture set by using the picture features corresponding to the pictures; performing scene feature extraction on a picture feature sub-sequence corresponding to each scene in the picture feature sequence to acquire a scene feature corresponding to the scene, and forming a scene feature sequence corresponding to the picture set by using the scene features corresponding to the scenes; and generating textual description information of the picture set according to the picture feature sequence and the scene feature sequence that correspond to the picture set.
NOTIFICATION TAGGING FOR A WORKSPACE OR APPLICATION
Systems and methods described herein provide for management of notifications. A computing device in communication with a client device receives a notification from at least one notification source. The notification may be for rendering on a screen at the client device. A policy engine of the computing device may identify a context of the notification. The policy engine may add a tag to the notification according to the identified context to control rendering of the notification at the client device. The computing device may transmit the notification with the tag to a notification service at the client device. The notification service may be configured to manage the notification at the client device in accordance with the tag.
ON-DEMAND METADATA EXTRACTION OF CLINICAL IMAGE DATA
A method and system for providing on-demand updating of metadata information associated with clinical image data files is disclosed. The system allows for extracting, on the fly, additional metadata fields from clinical image data files and re-indexing the metadata to include the additional fields so that an end-user can perform operations (e.g., searching, browsing, etc.) based on the newly indexed fields. The metadata fields may be defined in a configurable schema file (e.g., XML, YML, etc.). The system can gain efficiencies by, for example, reading only a subset of the DICOM file (e.g., reading only the first few kilobytes that contain the header), scanning only a subset of source data folders, etc.

Using images and image metadata to locate resources
A method of using images and image metadata to locate one or more resources includes receiving a requests, each request requesting a location of a resource and including an image related to the resource, information specifying how the image and the resource are related, and metadata for the image. A queue is created for each of a plurality of responding systems, the queue ranked, and specifying the order in which the requests are to be displayed at respective responding systems. The generated queues and sent to their respective responding systems, and a response is received that specifies the location of a resource.
