SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TAKING, PROCESSING, RETRIEVING, AND DISPLAYING IMAGES FROM UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES
Systems and methods for taking, processing, retrieving, and/or displaying images from unmanned aerial vehicles are disclosed, including an unmanned aerial vehicle, comprising: an image capture device; and a controller configured to: determine a flight plan of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the flight plan configured such that the unmanned aerial vehicle and fields of view of the image capture device are restricted to a geographic area within boundaries of a geographic location identified by coordinates of the geographic location; execute the flight plan; and capture, with the image capture device, one or more aerial images restricted to fields of view within the boundaries of the geographic location while executing the flight plan, such that items outside of the boundaries are not captured in the one or more aerial images.
EVENT ENTITY MONITORING NETWORK AND METHOD
A method of monitoring for the presence of an event entity in a monitored region comprising receiving, at a first level of detail, first event data from at least one data processing device configured to monitor at least a portion of a monitored region, the first event data indicative of an event entity occurring in the monitored region and being an anonymized compression of raw information data collected by said at least one data processing device; processing the first event data to determine the presence of an event entity indicated by the event data; requesting, at a second level of detail, second event data, wherein the second level of detail is more detailed than the first level of detail; and receiving a notification comprising the second event data having the second level of detail. The second level of detail is requested in response to the event entity matching a notification event, and a recognition server has authorization to access the second event data having the second level of detail. Alternatively, the second level of detail is requested in response to the event entity matching a notification event, and a recognition server has a policy to access the second event data having the second level of detail.

Representation of real-world features in virtual space
Embodiments provide for an augmented reality (AR) system able to track the movement of real-world objects and apply that movement to virtual objects. The AR system includes a radio configured to receive first sensor data from a sensor attached to a first physical object in physical space. The AR system further includes a processor configured to determine when a physical object changes from a first state to a second state object based on the first sensor data, and update an environmental map based on the change from the first state to the second state of the first physical object.
METHODS AND APPARATUSES FOR ASSISTING THE PRODUCTION OF MEDIA WORKS AND THE LIKE
Systems and methods for assisting one or more users in the production of a media work from a plurality of recordings are disclosed. In an exemplary embodiment, digital versions of the recordings are stored on a file-storage server accessible over a communications network. A media-library server provides an organized way for users to access and view the digital versions, and to associate various data files with the digital versions, such as transcription files, logging files, and storyboard documents. The exemplary media library generates web pages that enable users to search and access the digital versions from an internet browser running on a conventional personal computer. The browser also enables users to view the digital versions with a browser-compatible media viewer.
Content Descriptor
An apparatus, method, system and computer-readable medium are provided for generating one or more descriptors that may potentially be associated with content, such as video or a segment of video. In some embodiments, a teaser for the content may be identified based on contextual similarity between words and/or phrases in the segment and one or more other segments, such as a previous segment. Text/characters may serve as a candidate descriptor(s). In some embodiments, one or more strings of characters or words may be compared with (pre-assigned) tags associated with the content, and if it is determined that the one or more strings or words match the tags within a threshold, the one or more strings or words may serve as a candidate descriptor(s). One or more candidate descriptor identification techniques may be combined.
External asset database management in an extended reality environment
A mobile device is fitted with an extended reality (XR) software application program executing on a processor within an XR system, and optionally a camera. Via the XR software application program, various techniques are performed for interacting with a physical object via the XR environment. In particular, the XR software application program generates and displays visual representations of real-time metric data received from a data intake and query system along with auxiliary data received from an asset management system. In addition, the XR software application program detects user interactions with the XR environment. In response, the XR software application generates messages directed to the asset management system. The messages include commands to update the auxiliary data associated with the physical object.
METHODS, SYSTEMS, AND MEDIA FOR PRESENTING INFORMATION RELATED TO AN EVENT BASED ON METADATA
Methods, systems and media for presenting information related to an event based on metadata are provided. In some implementations, the method comprises: detecting that a user-initiated event has been performed on a user device; detecting a plurality of sensors connected to the user device; causing a plurality of content items related to the user-initiated event to be obtained using the plurality of sensors connected to the user device; determining whether each of the plurality of content items is to be associated with the user-initiated event based on user device information from a plurality of data sources; associating a portion of the plurality of content items with the user-initiated event based on the determination; retrieving information related to the portion of the plurality of content items; detecting, using the plurality of sensors connected to the user device, a second plurality of content items; determining that at least one of the second plurality of content items is related to at least one of the first plurality of content items; and causing information related to the user-initiated event to be presented by the user device based at least in part on the determination.

SIMILARITY SEARCH ENGINE FOR A DIGITAL VISUAL OBJECT
The present invention provides a similarity search engine for a digital visual object (i.e., a digital image that represents a design, graphics, logo, symbols, words, or any combination thereof). The similarity search engine is based on a method that consists of conducting several independent search queries, thus each query examining a different aspect of similarity.
