The GUI is programmed to call at least one planning engine to generate the comparison based on a respective user profile. The GUI also includes an opportunity rules engine programmed to identify, based on the respective user profile and without calling the at least one planning engine, one of an ordered list of candidate modifications. The dashboard page further includes an opportunity area including (i) a message recommending the identified candidate modification, and (ii) an associated jump link to a page of the GUI enabling the respective user to execute the identified candidate modification.

The disclosed embodiments include computerized methods, systems, and devices, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for generating terms of a search query based on a user's spoken utterances, identifying multiple cross-platform messages based on the generated terms, and to generating, via a presentation device, a single interface that enables the user to interact with identified messages. Based on a spoken utterance, the disclosed embodiments may determine user-specified search terms and/or criteria, and based on the user-specified search terms and/or criteria, may obtain cross-platform message data that corresponds to the search query. The communications device may generate one or more interface elements that describe corresponding ones of the cross-platform messages, which may be presented within a unified graphical user interface or voice-user interface by a communications device.

The disclosed embodiments include computerized methods, systems, and devices, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for generating terms of a search query based on a user's spoken utterances, identifying multiple cross-platform messages based on the generated terms, and to generating, via a presentation device, a single interface that enables the user to interact with identified messages. Based on a spoken utterance, the disclosed embodiments may determine user-specified search terms and/or criteria, and based on the user-specified search terms and/or criteria, may obtain cross-platform message data that corresponds to the search query. In accordance with embodiments, there are provided mechanisms and methods for creating, exporting, viewing and testing, and importing custom applications in a multitenant database environment. These mechanisms and methods can enable embodiments to provide a vehicle for sharing applications across organizational boundaries. The ability to share applications across organizational boundaries can enable tenants in a multi-tenant database system, for example, to easily and efficiently import and export, and thus share, applications with other tenants in the multi-tenant environment.

The present disclosure is directed toward systems and methods that efficiently and effectively generate and utilize collections of content items. For example, systems and methods described herein generate a collection content item including one or more content item references. In one or more embodiments, the collection content item can include content item references for content items located internally or externally, with granular levels of permissions settings and version controls. Additionally, in response to a detected selection of a content item reference, systems and methods described herein generate a rendering of the associated content item that can be viewed regardless of any third party software installed on the viewing client computing device.

Systems and methods are disclosed for providing content by generating a bookmark data structure for a topic based on determining retrieval of a first content item related to the topic, of a first content type. In response to determining retrieval of the first content item, the system may add the first content item to the bookmark data structure for the topic. The system may then determine retrieval of a second content item related to the topic, of a second content type and, in response to determining retrieval of the second content item, the system may add the second content item to the bookmark data structure for the topic. The system may generate, for display in a user interface (UI), a menu based on the data structure, with interactive UI elements that provide preview and/or access to the content item when interaction with the UI element is detected.
