Methods, devices and computer program products are provided that, under control of one or more processors, perform resource theme identification (RTI) automatically by; accessing an active resource that includes a path designator (PD) element that includes at least a portion of a path designator for a resource; analyzing the active resource to identify a text element, an audio element and/or an image element; analyzing the text/image element utilizing an RTI algorithm, that applies at least one of natural language understanding (NLU) or image recognition (IR), to identify the one or more themes; deriving proxy indicia based on the theme(s); substituting, into the active resource, the proxy indicia for the path designator to present the proxy indicia in place of the path designator, the proxy indicia linked to the path designator; and displaying the active resource including the proxy indicia.

This need can be addressed by, for example, solutions for performing predictive natural language summarization using a constrained optimization model. In one example, a method includes identifying one or more per-party utterance subsets in a multi-party call transcript; generating a plurality of eligible extractive summaries that comply with one or more optimization constraints; for each eligible extractive summary of the plurality of eligible extractive summaries, determining an overall summary utility measure; generating the optimal extractive summary based at least in part on each overall summary utility measure for an eligible extractive summary of the plurality of eligible extractive summaries; and performing one or more summary-based actions based at least in part on the optimal extractive summary.

The system identifies a media content item and identifies a user entity. The system selects from among a plurality of annotations linked to the media content item and stored in metadata. For example, the system may generate more than one annotation, generate links between each annotation and user profile information, and then select among the annotations for the most appropriate annotation for a given user. The annotation may include keywords or entities that are included in, linked to, or otherwise associated with the user profile information. The present disclosure solves the technical problem of finding the relevant knowledge out of the existing knowledge, in a structured form by building an analytical platform. The unstructured format of the existing knowledge of the fabrication process is transformed into a structured format in terms of operation sequence knowledge graphs, using a set of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning models, and a knowledge representation model of the fabrication process. The structured format of the existing knowledge is hierarchically arranged to build the analytical platform.
