Systems and methods for modeling item similarity and correlating item information

Disclosed herein are systems and methods for correlating item data. A system for correlating item data may comprise a memory storing instructions and at least one processor configured to execute instructions to perform operations comprising: receiving reference text data associated with a reference item from a device; receiving reference image data associated with the reference item from the remote device; determining candidate text data and candidate image data associated with at least one candidate item; selecting a text correlation model; determining a first similarity score by applying the text correlation model to the reference text data and the candidate text data; selecting an image correlation model; determining a second similarity score by applying the image correlation model to the reference image data and the candidate image data; calculating a confidence score based on the first and second similarity scores; and performing a responsive action based on the calculated confidence score.

The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media for generating coachmarks and concise instructions based on operation descriptions for performing application operations. For example, the disclosed systems can utilize a multi-task summarization neural network to analyze an operation description and generate a coachmark and a concise instruction corresponding to the operation description. In addition, the disclosed systems can provide a coachmark and a concise instruction for display within a user interface to, directly within a client application, guide a user to perform an operation by interacting with a particular user interface element.

DEVICE CONTROL MESSAGING GROUP

A device control method is provided. In the method, a first message is received from a first device of a device messaging group. The first device is associated with a first identifier in the device messaging group. The first message indicates at least one of a state of the first device or detected environment information. A second message is generated based on the first message received from the first device. The second message is sent to a second device of the device messaging group. The second device is associated with a second identifier in the device messaging group.

TRACE RECONSTRUCTION FROM READS WITH INDETERMINANT ERRORS
20230238080 · 2023-07-27 ·

Polynucleotide sequencing generates multiple reads of a polynucleotide molecule. Many or all of the reads contain errors. Trace reconstruction takes multiple reads generated by a polynucleotide sequencer and uses those multiple reads to reconstruct accurately the nucleotide sequence of the polynucleotide molecule. Some reads may contain errors that cannot be corrected. Thus, there may be reads that can be used throughout their entire length and other reads that have indeterminant errors which cannot be corrected. Rather than discarding the entire read when an indeterminant error is found, the portion of the read with the error is skipped and the sequence of the read following the error is used to reconstruct the trace. The amount of the read skipped is determined by the location of subsequence after the error that matches a consensus sequence of the other reads. Analysis resumes at a location determined by the location of the match.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FORMAT-AGNOSTIC DOCUMENT INGESTION
20230237101 · 2023-07-27 ·

A system for format-agnostic document ingestion including a document ingestion server and a database is disclosed. The server is configured to receive an image of a document comprising text in an unknown format, convert the image, using OCR, into a plurality of text elements a content, a size, and an absolute position. The server is also configured to retrieve data detectors from the database, each associated with a data type anticipated to be in the document, and comprising at least one identifier and direction, and at least one validation criteria. The server is also configured to identify a potential descriptor by comparing the content of each text element with the at least one identifier, and then determine if the text element pointed to by the data detector meets the validation criteria. Finally, the server is configured to associate the validated text element with the data detector, and store the content.

METHOD FOR INPUTTING A MESSAGE ON A TERMINAL IN A PRIMARY LANGUAGE AND TRANSLATING PASSAGES FROM A SECONDARY LANGUAGE
20230237282 · 2023-07-27 ·

A method for inputting a message on a terminal. The method is performed by a processing unit of the terminal and/or a processing unit of a server connected to the terminal and includes: identifying a primary language for the message; detecting the input of a part of the message in a secondary language, different from the primary language; and translating into the primary language the part inputted in the secondary language.
