Exercise mat
An exercise mat including a material sized and shaped to support at least one user body part thereon, the material having an upper planar surface, a single starting point representing a number zero on the upper planar surface, and at least two series of sequential integers disposed on the upper planar surface and extending from the single starting point. Each of the at least two series of sequential integers corresponding to a coordinate and placement site for a body part of a user to facilitate measurement of a linear distance along the upper planar surface.
Fold and roll portable yoga mat
A yoga mat comprising at least one folding depression which enables folding and rolling of a yoga mat so that the width of the mat is typically less than the shoulder width of the user of the yoga mat. The at least one folding depression is typically on the upper, user-contacting surface of the yoga mat. In instances where the overall thickness of the yoga mat is greater than about 0.35 inches, it is advisable to use a location matching folding depression on each side of the yoga mat. The folding depression may be deeper on the user-contacting surface than on the floor contacting surface of the yoga mat. In an alternative embodiment, the upper surface of the yoga mat may be a solid layer, with at least two underlying spaced lower sections to permit folding inward upon the solid layer.

PRAYER MAT WITH A BOW COUNTING SYSTEM
A prayer mat that includes a tactile sensor secured to a lower surface of the prayer mat in proximity to the middle of the prayer mat configured to generate an output signal in response to detecting a pressure from the knees of a user, a bow count indicator configured to generate a visible signal, and processing circuitry configured to determine whether the output signal is valid by comparing the output signal to a predetermined signal level stored in a memory, receive the output signal from the sensor, update a count in response to determining that the output signal is valid, and activate the bow count indicator.

Exercise mat with yoga towel assembly
An assembly, in one embodiment, comprising an exercise mat having a top layer and a bottom layer, and a towel is described. The top layer of the exercise mat is configured to have a first exposed surface. Needlefelt portable support pad

The support pad constructed of the nonwoven needlefelt is flexible porous, absorptive, and chemically resistant to corrosive substances.
