Document data capture
Techniques are described for capturing data from a digital document through the use of targeted user feedback regarding the position(s) of particular data field(s) in the document. Implementations enhance the speed and accuracy of data capture from documents and/or images of documents by providing a helpful and intuitive set of controls to enable the end user to indicate the position(s) of field(s) on a document. Through specification of the position of the field in the document, implementations may isolate the portion of the document where data extraction is to be performed to determine the associated value of the field. Any suitable number of field values may be extracted from the document in this manner, based on positions indicated by the user using the provided control(s). In some implementations, one or more actions may be automatically performed based on the extracted data, such as automated bill payment actions.
Dual-system device and writing method and apparatus thereof, and interactive intelligent tablet
A dual-system device and writing method and apparatus thereof, and interactive intelligent tablet includes a first system and a second system receiving touch data, where the data rendering speed of the first system is faster than that of the second system, and the data processing speed of the second system is faster than that of the first system; the first system acquiring data to be rendered from a target storage area, where the data to be rendered is generated by the second system according to the touch data and stored in the target storage area; the first system rendering the data to be rendered to obtain handwriting data to be displayed, and transmitting the handwriting data to be displayed to a display screen of the dual-system device for display. The disclosure solves the technical problem of writing delay of an external system when using dual-system to perform writing.
Appearance configuration of information processing terminal
[Problem] To propose an application corresponding to a situation of each user and improve user convenience in starting use of the application. [Solution] Provided is an information processing apparatus including: a display control unit configured to display, on a display screen, execution information related to execution of at least one application specified on the basis of a predetermined determination result; and a processing control unit configured to execute first processing in a case where the at least one application is specified, and execute second processing on the basis of a response of a user to the displayed execution information.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR HAND-BASED USER INTERACTION IN VR AND AR ENVIRONMENTS
A virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) system detects through a camera w lien a user's hand positions match a predefined position and in response thereto renders an Overlay including a crown with which the user can interact to lock onto an object or scene The system then detects and renders a centre indicator of the crown, tracking the user's hands, enables or disables actions depending on the position of the centre indicator relative to a neutral zone, responds to user hand movement to implement actions, and also detects unlock of the object or scene
Dynamic search input selection
Described is a system and method for enabling dynamic selection of a search input. For example, rather than having a static search input box, the search input may be dynamically positioned such that it encompasses a portion of displayed information. An image segment that includes a representation of the encompassed portion of the displayed information is generated and processed to determine an object represented in the portion of the displayed information. Additional images with visually similar representations of objects are then determined and presented to the user.
SINGLE CLIP SEGMENTATION OF MEDIA
An example system may provide a graphical user interface displaying a timeline graphical element, where the timeline graphical element represents a timeline of a media clip, and a graphical current point indicator indicating a selected point on the timeline. The system may provide a marking graphical element that is selectable to record a start point or an end point of a segment of the certain media clip. The system may receive a first user input scrubbing the timeline graphical element horizontally, and it may receive a second user input indicating a user interaction with the marking graphical element. The system may determine a start point and an end point of each of a plurality of segments of the timeline graphical element corresponding to the certain media clip based on the second user input and update the graphical user interface based on the determination.
Serverless function as a service (FAAS)
In an example, a registration request is received from an application provider, the registration request including one or more application programming interfaces (APIs) providing software code for interfacing with a cloud-based application provided by the application provider. The APIs are scanned to identify potential events triggered during execution of the cloud-based application. A graphical user interface (GUI) is caused to be rendered for a customer who has subscribed to the cloud-based application, the GUI providing a first area in which one or more of the potential events are rendered along with a selectable GUI element for each of the rendered one or more potential events and a second area in which the customer may type or upload one or more functions to be executed by the cloud-based application upon triggering of one or more corresponding potential events that have been selected by the customer via their corresponding selectable GUI elements.
Video-based conversational interface
In an answer view, a first video segment is selected based on a first natural language input and displayed in a main display region, and a self-video image of a user is displayed in a peripheral display region having a smaller area than the main display region. To transition from the answer view to a question view, the self-video image is enlarged to replace the first video segment in the main display region. A second natural language input is received. To transition from the question view to the answer view, the self-video image is reduced to occupy the peripheral display region and the self-video image is replaced in the main display region with a second video segment selected based on the second natural language input. The video segments are pre-recorded video response segments spoken by the same person. Enlarging the self-video image masks the transition between the video segments.
IMAGE DISPLAY METHOD AND APPARATUS
An image display method includes: obtaining an input operation by a first user on a virtual interactive object displayed on a first display surface of a transparent holographic display screen; determining, in conjunction with the input operation, a movement trajectory of the virtual interactive object, a first appearance state feature of the virtual interactive object relative to an eye position of the first user, and a second appearance state feature of the virtual interactive object relative to an eye position of a second user, after a current moment; displaying the virtual interactive object having the movement trajectory and the first appearance state feature on the first display surface of the transparent holographic display screen; and displaying the virtual interactive object having the movement trajectory and the second appearance state feature on a second display surface of the transparent holographic display screen.
DYNAMIC USER INTERFACE ANIMATIONS IN A FITNESS APPLICATION
The present application is directed to improvements in user interfaces. In an embodiment, a method is disclosed comprising displaying a main tile in a user interface (UI); detecting a user interaction with the UI; moving the main tile and a secondary tile, the secondary tile adjacent to the main tile; and adjusting a property of the secondary tile while moving the secondary tile, the property adjusted based in part on a position of the secondary tile during the moving
