METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR SPECTATING CHARACTERS IN VIRTUAL REALITY VIEWS
Methods and systems for spectating a live video game are presented. In one method embodiment, an operation includes providing an interface for presenting an overhead view of an interactive environment of a video game on a head mounted display (HMD). The method also provides an operation for providing a magnifying window for displaying a magnified view of the interactive environment, where the magnified view is associated with a second vantage point that is closer to the interactive environment than is a first vantage point of the overhead view. The method further provides an operation for tracking a real-world position of a controller of the spectator and moving the location of the magnifying window to correspond to the real-world position of the controller.
Displaying a hover graphic with a dynamic time delay
A device is disclosed, which includes a processor and a memory in communication with the processor. The memory includes executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to control the device to perform functions of providing a graphical user interface for a user on a display; displaying a user interface component on the graphical user interface; providing a pointer on the graphical user interface controlled by the user to interact with the user interface component on the graphical user interface; in response to the pointer being positioned over the displayed user interface component, and displaying after a dynamic hover trigger delay a hover graphic proximate to the component wherein the dynamic hover trigger delay dynamically changes depending on movement of the pointer by the user.
INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM AND METHOD AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM
An information processing system includes a processor configured to: extract, among one or more pages forming each of plural digital documents which are obtained as results of conducting a search by using a specified search condition, a predetermined page which is preset for each of the plural digital documents; perform control to generate a first image representing a set of the extracted predetermined pages of the respective digital documents and to display the first image on a display; and perform control, in response to a first input operation performed on the first image by a user, to display a second image, which represents the extracted predetermined pages, in an enlarged size on the display so that a display size of the second image becomes larger than a display size of the first image.
Devices, Methods, and User Interfaces for Interacting with a Position Indicator Within Displayed Text via Proximity-Based Inputs
An electronic device that is in communication with a display generation component, and sensor(s) to detect location of an input object displays a content selection object within selectable content, wherein the content selection object includes a first edge and a second edge. The device detects an input by the input object, including detecting the input object at a first hover location that corresponds to the first edge of the content selection object. In response to detecting the first portion of the input: in accordance with a determination that the first portion of the input meets first criteria that require the input object meets proximity criteria with respect to the content selection object, the device changes an appearance of the first edge relative to the second edge of the content selection object to indicate that the first edge will be selected for movement when the input object meets second criteria.
Methods and Systems for Enabling the Remote Testing of Vision and Diagnosis of Vision-Related Issues
A head-mounted video camera, a processor, and a display are integrated within the head-mounted device worn by the user. The head-mounted device is configured to capture images of the environment and subject those images to specialized processing in order to diagnose and/or make up for deficiencies in the user's eyesight. Different modes of operating the device are provided that enable the user to configure the device for a specific application. The modes of operation include at least an assistive mode, a diagnostic mode, and a therapeutic mode. Each mode of operation may include further options, where each option is dedicated to a specific processing approach specific to a condition that may afflict the user, ranging from contrast sensitivity issues to strabismus.
METHOD, APPARATUS, ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND STORAGE MEDIUM FOR INVOKING TOUCH SCREEN MAGNIFIER
One or more embodiments of the present application provide a method, an apparatus, an electronic device and a storage medium for invoking a touch screen magnifier, including: determining a sliding track in response to a sliding touch instruction by a user on a touch screen; judging whether the sliding track satisfies a recognition condition of a preset pattern; and invoking a magnifier corresponding to the preset pattern on the touch screen under a condition that the sliding track satisfies the recognition condition of the preset pattern.
Information processing apparatus and information processing method
An information processing apparatus displays a software keyboard on a display screen, selects a template including an image area to which image data is assigned and a text area to which text data is assigned, arranges the image data in the image area of the selected template, displays a text input area for inputting text corresponding to the text area on the screen, assigns text inputted in the text input area using the keyboard to the text area of the selected template, and displays a layout result in which the image data is arranged in the image area and the text is arranged in the text area on the screen, the text area being displayed at a predetermined position, and changes the text area of the layout result from the predetermined position to a position not overlapping with the software keyboard when the software keyboard is displayed on the screen.
Systems and Methods for Prompting a Log-In to an Electronic Device Based on Biometric Information Received from a User
An example method is performed at a device with a display and a biometric sensor. While the device is in a locked state, the method includes displaying a log-in user interface that is associated with logging in to a first and second user account. While displaying the log-in user interface, the method includes, receiving biometric information, and in response to receiving the biometric information: when the biometric information is consistent with biometric information for the first user account and the first user account does not have an active session, displaying a prompt to input a log-in credential for the first user account; and when the biometric information is consistent with biometric information for the second user account and the second user account does not have an active session on the device, displaying a prompt to input a log-in credential for the second user account.
Systems and methods for accessible widget selection
Methods and systems are disclosed for enabling item selection in a widget. An example method comprises receiving at an electronic device, from a server, code instructing the electronic device to display a widget having a grid comprising one or more cells configured for point-and-click selection. The method further comprises displaying the grid in accordance with the received code and sending information associated with a currently selected cell to an assistive system on the electronic device. The method further comprises configuring the electronic device for keystroke operation of the widget. The method further comprises identifying a non-entry keystroke, and in response, determining a new cell associated with the grid, selecting the new cell, and sending information associated with the new cell to the assistive system for output to the user. The method further comprises identifying an entry keystroke and, responsive thereto, sending information associated with the new cell to the server.
OBJECT DISPLAY METHOD AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An object display method includes: obtaining a second image in a case that a first image is displayed, where the first image is an image acquired by a first camera, the second image is an image acquired by a second camera, each of the first image and the second image includes a plurality of objects, the plurality of objects are images of a plurality of first physical objects, and resolution of the second image is greater than that of the first image; displaying, in the first image according to the second image, at least one identifier for indicating M target object(s) in the plurality of objects in the first image, where M is a positive integer; receiving a first input for a first object in the M target object(s) in the first image; and magnifying display of a first object in the second image in response to the first input.
