Object storage subsystems
A storage array uses paged metadata. Each storage director has access to a plurality of object storage subsystems in a global memory. The object storage subsystems describe locations of paged metadata in backing storage. Each object storage subsystem includes a unique identifier, a pointer to a descriptive data structure that indicates availability of free space for paged metadata for that object storage subsystem, and different types of inodes which describe objects in backing storage. The object storage subsystems are used to locate metadata for loading into global memory, and creation and deletion of objects.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRESEARCHING STORED DATA
A memory module comprises a volatile memory subsystem, a non-volatile memory subsystem, and a module controller coupled to the volatile memory subsystem and to the non-volatile memory subsystem. The module controller is configurable to control data transfers between the volatile memory subsystem and the non-volatile memory subsystem. The module controller includes a data selection circuit configurable to pre-search data transferred from the non-volatile memory with respect to one or more search criteria before providing the pre-select data relevant to the one or more search criteria to the volatile memory subsystem.
APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHOD OF BYTE ADDRESSABLE AND BLOCK ADDRESSABLE STORAGE AND RETRIVAL OF DATA TO AND FROM NON-VOLATILE STORAGE MEMORY
A hybrid memory system provides rapid, persistent byte-addressable and block-addressable memory access to a host computer system by providing direct access to a both a volatile byte-addressable memory and a volatile block-addressable memory via the same parallel memory interface. The hybrid memory system also has at least a non-volatile block-addressable memory that allows the system to persist data even through a power-loss state. The hybrid memory system can copy and move data between any of the memories using local memory controllers to free up host system resources for other tasks.
METHOD FOR USING BMC AS PROXY NVMEOF DISCOVERY CONTROLLER TO PROVIDE NVM SUBSYSTEMS TO HOST
A management device that may communicate with at least one devices is disclosed. The management device may include a communication logic to communicate with the devices over a communication channels about data associated with the devices. The management device may also include reception logic that may receive a query from a host. The query may request information from the management device about the devices. The management device may also include a transmission logic to send the data about the devices to the host. The host may be configured to send a message to the devices.

Method and apparatus for presearching stored data
A memory module or a storage device comprises a volatile memory subsystem, a non-volatile memory subsystem, and a controller coupled to the volatile memory subsystem and to the non-volatile memory subsystem. The memory module or storage device further comprises a data selection circuit that pre-search data from the non-volatile memory with respect to one or more search criteria received from a computer system to pre-select data relevant to the one or more search criteria for loading into the volatile memory subsystem.
Fast storage class memory using write once memory coding
A memory with asymmetric command latency characteristics for WRITE operations utilizing WOM coding methodologies to reduce programming latency across a number of WRITE operations.

MEMORY CARD AND HOST DEVICE THEREOF
A memory card is attached to a host device, and includes a data control circuit which transfers data with respect to the host device in synchronism with a rise edge and a fall edge of a clock signal.
