CARPET PAD
A carpet pad includes a top hook layer and a bottom anti-slip layer. An upper surface of the hook layer is provided with protruding monofilaments in a bent shape. Top ends of the protruding monofilaments are provided with bumps formed by melting/softening and then cooling the protruding monofilaments. The protruding monofilaments on the hook layer are heat-treated to make their top ends melted/softened into the small bumps. The heat-treated protruding monofilaments have a certain degree of curvature and inclination, and thus can firmly hook with various carpets above and provide a large friction force, in particular in a vertical direction. The length and density of the protruding monofilaments are reasonably designed to make the protruding monofilaments well hook and lock with the carpet above. In addition, the protruding monofilaments touch soft, and the bumps are not prickly.
Operating room floor mat with protective sheet to cover surgical equipment foot pedals
An operating room floor mat includes a main body and a protective sheet that is secured around to the main body around a perimeter of the sheet. A section of the perimeter is left unsecured to form an opening of a pocket into which at least one foot pedal is inserted, and through which a cable connection between the foot pedal and surgical equipment extends. Placement of the foot pedal into the pocket protects the foot pedal from blood or irrigation fluid dripping from an operating table without interfering with operation of the foot pedal.
ABSORBENT PAD HOLDER AND CONTAINMENT SYSTEM
An absorbent pad holder and containment system includes a frame that can be adjustable in length on all sides to accommodate a varying range of absorbent pad dimensions. The frame design allows the absorbent area of the pad to remain flat while the ramped perimeter design of the frame and the corner attachment system holds the outer edge of the absorbent pad into an upward position. This creates a containment barrier for liquid that would normally flow over the edge of the pad and onto the floor surface. The perimeter design of the liner keeps the pad centered and provides flow of all liquid landing on the pad within the absorbent area of the pad.
FLOOR COVERING WITH UNIVERSAL BACKING AND METHODS OF MAKING AND RECYCLING
A dimensionally stable universal floor covering includes a tufted textile having stitches and a reinforcement layer operatively connected to the stitches to provide dimensional stability for the entire floor covering. The reinforcement layer is made of fibers and adhesive that are formed into a reinforcement layer of laminated fibers that is operatively connected to the stitches and/or the fibers and adhesive are formed into a layer of fibers and adhesive that is contained within the stitches. The fibers and adhesive are mixed and then moved by an applicator toward the stitches. A curved slip path is formed on a curved portion of the applicator to improve the movement of the fibers and adhesive toward the stitches. A removable tip portion on the end of the curved portion of the applicator improves the penetration of the adhesive and provides compression of the fibers towards the ends of the stitches. A releasable adhesive cover system is provided to cover the layer of fibers for providing additional strength and stability and for providing a releasable attachment of the universal floor covering to a supporting surface.
DETACHABLE CARPET
A detachable carpet is provided. The detachable carpet includes a carpet surface layer and an adhesive anti-skid layer, and the carpet surface layer and the adhesive anti-skid layer are detachably connected. The carpet surface layer includes a surface layer and a sticky layer, and the surface layer is arranged at a top end of the carpet surface layer. Bent protruded monofilaments are distributed on a lower surface of the sticky layer, and lumps are formed at the tops of the monofilaments after the monofilaments are melted/softened. The adhesive anti-skid layer includes a hooking surface layer and an anti-skid layer, and the anti-skid layer is arranged at a bottom of the adhesive anti-skid layer. After the protruded monofilaments on the lower surface of the sticky layer are subjected to thermal treatment, the top ends of the protruded monofilaments are melted/softened to form small lumps.
Carpet
A carpet is provided. The carpet includes a pad layer and a carpet layer laid on the pad layer, where the carpet is machine washable, and further includes a connection module; the connection module is located below the carpet layer and connected to the carpet layer; and when the carpet layer or the pad layer is displaced or tends to be displaced due to external force, the connection module and the pad layer are in close proximity to and against each other. The carpet achieves convenient and quick alignment between the carpet layer and the pad layer, and effectively avoids the carpet layer from detaching or deviating from the pad layer during use.
Foldable Bathmat Drying Apparatus with Grooved Edges
A bathmat holder having a first side and a second side, each having a top surface, a bottom surface, a proximate edge, and a distal edge. A hinge assembly connecting the first side and the second side, the hinge assembly being configured to permit rotation of the first side and the second side between a non-planar configuration and a planar configuration. And at least one of an edge lock aperture, a two mat clamping slots, or a curved slot disposed proximate the distal edge of at least one among the first side and the second side, the features being configured to retain a textile extending across the first side and the second side.
