CREATING A TOKENIZED PROCESS TEMPLATE FOR INVOKING ONE OR MORE SERVICES BY REPLACING SERVICE REFERENCES WITH RESPECTIVE TOKENS
A system and method are provided for facilitating configuration of one or more references to a software service to be called by a software application. A catalog process is provided. The catalog includes information identifying services to be called to implement processes. Service references occurring in a process template are determined that are used to implement the processes identified in the catalog. During a build phase, a tokenized process template is created by replacing each of the service references in the process template with a respective token. At least one of the processes is run in accordance with the tokenized process template, including resolving the tokens and invoking at least one service identified thereby.
Publish-subscribe based exchange for network services
A publication exchange device may receive information that identifies a subscriber device, and may receive a set of subscription keys associated with subscribed-to network event information to be provided to the subscriber device. The publication exchange device may receive published network event information from one or more publisher devices, and may determine that the published network event information includes information that matches the set of subscription keys. The publication exchange device may identify the subscribed-to network event information, from the published network event information, using the set of subscription keys. The publication exchange device may provide the subscribed-to network event information to the subscriber device based on identifying the subscribed-to network event information.
Mediated data exchange for sandboxed applications
The described embodiments include a computing device that executes a broker application. The broker application performs a mediated data exchange to exchange data between a first sandboxed application and a second application. For example, the broker application can import data from the second application into the first sandboxed application. As another example, the broker application can export data from the first sandboxed application into the second application.
Double processing offloading to additional and central processing units
A data-processing system (DTS) includes a central hardware unit (CPU) and an additional hardware unit (HW), the central hardware unit (CPU) being adapted to execute a task by a processing thread (T.sub.M), and to trigger offloading of execution of a first part (P1a, P1b, P2) of the task to the additional hardware unit (HW); and wherein the additional hardware unit is adapted to call on functionalities of the central hardware unit (CPU), triggered by the first part, and the central hardware unit (CPU) executes a second part (P2) of the task forming a sub-part of the first part by a service processing thread (T.sub.S).
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DATA PROCESSING, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A method and apparatus for data processing, and a storage medium. The data processing method comprises: receiving data from a calling party, and generating a first message according to the data and sending the first message to a first message queue; monitoring the first message queue, once it is monitored that the first message is present in the first message queue, obtaining the data according to the first message in the first message queue, performing preset processing according to the data, generating at least one processing result, and generating a result message according to the processing result and sending the result message to a result message queue corresponding to the processing result; and monitoring the result message queue, once it is monitored that the result message is present in the result message queue, obtaining the processing result according to the result message of the result message queue, and sending the processing result to the calling party.
PUBLISH-SUBSCRIBE FRAMEWORK FOR APPLICATION EXECUTION
The described technology relates to a publish-subscribe message framework in which an application, decomposed to a plurality of processing stages, is run by executing respective processing stages of the application asynchronously and simultaneously with each other. Communications between the respective processing stages may exclusively be in accordance with the publish-subscribe execution model. The described publish-subscribe framework provides for processing stages to be executed in a multi-process and/or multi-threaded manner while also enabling the distribution of the processing stages to respective processing resources in a multi-processor/multi-core processing environment. An example electronic exchange application and a corresponding example exchange gateway application are described.
Integrated edge cloud architecture
A system is described to manage a plurality of managed devices. The system may have an Application Program Interface (API), a messaging platform, an application manager, and a payments manager. The Application Program Interface (API) may be configured to communicate with a user computer to request use of one or more of the managed devices. The messaging platform may be configured to send and receive messages to the managed devices. The messaging platform operates using a publish/subscribe protocol and the messages control installation of applications requested by the user computer, and allow communications between managed devices based on topics. The application manager, in communication with the messaging platform, deploys applications on the managed devices. The payments manager processes payment for the use of the one or more managed devices.
OPERATIONS ON DATA FOR COMMANDS IN INTERACTIVE PROGRAMMING SESSIONS
In some examples, a system having a plurality of computer nodes receives a command based on program code of a program being developed in an interactive programming session. The system distributes data items from a network-attached memory to a distributed data object having data in node memories of the plurality of computer nodes. A dataset manager performs an operation specified by the command on the distributed data object, the operation executed in parallel on the plurality of computer nodes. The dataset manager produces derived data generated by the operation on the distributed data object, the derived data accessible by a programmer in the interactive programming session.
System and method to automate discovery of middleware instances during installation of a failsafe middleware starting procedure framework
An apparatus may comprise a memory communicatively coupled to a processor. The memory may be configured to store an installer script configured to install multiple middleware scripts in an admin server, and one or more installed middleware instances. The processor may be configured to trigger initiation of the installer script, install the middleware scripts over a predefined time period, determine whether the one or more installed middleware instances comprises an installed middleware instance, and determine whether an operation performed by the admin server is associated with the installed middleware instance in response to determining that the one or more installed middleware instances comprises the installed middleware instance. Further, the processor may be configured to generate a middleware flag indicating that the installed middleware instance is active, and generate multiple start-up files comprising a middleware instance corresponding to the installed middleware instance.
System and method to implement a failsafe middleware starting procedure framework
An apparatus may comprise a memory communicatively coupled to a processor. The memory may be configured to store a start script configured to enable execution of one or more middleware instances and multiple start-up files configured to indicate any middleware instances to be executed by an admin server or one or more managed servers. The processor may be configured to trigger initiation of the start script, determine whether the start-up files comprise a middleware instance, ping the admin server in response to determining that the start-up files comprise the middleware instance, and determine that the admin server is running. Further, the processor is configured to ping the managed server associated with databases associated with a managed server, determine that the databases are running, and trigger a start of the middleware instance at the admin server or at the managed server.
