Object of the invention is a hanging door basket with adjustable height for food to be placed when your online order arrives, it ensures a proper placement and safety from harmful germs, bacteria's, animals, insects, and theft. The invention has an adjustable height button for door fitment and in order to close completely for storage after use.

Package-receiving-lockers (PRLs) may have a collapsible-locker portion and door-attachment-structure. PRLs may exist in a substantially collapsed configuration for storing the given PRL or for otherwise minimizing a footprint of the given PRL; and these PRLs may exist in a substantially deployed (expanded) configuration for acting as a secure object storage location. Regardless of configuration (deployed or collapsed), PRLs may be removably attached to side-hinged-doors with the door-attachment-structure, in such a way so as not to impair operation of the given door. The PRLs may have various electronics for facilitating access (e.g., locking and unlocking the collapsible-locker), delivery confirmation, and mitigating theft. These electronics, along with specialized software, may allow an intended recipient (e.g., a buyer), a shipper/delivery person (or shipping/deliver robot), and/or a seller/vendor to access the PRL in a controlled and documented manner. At least some of these electronics may be in wireless communications with other electronic devices.

Securing systems and methods of securing a transport container to an attachment point. In one embodiment, the securing system includes an actuator, an attachment structure, and an electronic controller. The attachment structure is dimensioned to complement the actuator. The electronic controller is operably coupled to the actuator for attaching and releasing the actuator to the attachment structure.

A delivery compartment comprising one or more cavities and one or more doors, such that access to each of the cavities is granted separately. The delivery compartment may include a lock preventing access to the one or more cavities unless authorization is obtained. The delivery compartment may be integrated into a wall, or other structure, associated with a building, such as a residential home or business. The delivery compartment may be built into or otherwise configured into a door for the building such that certain panels allow access to the one or more cavities for delivery of goods while other panels allow access to an interior space of the building itself. A parcel box includes a weather resistant housing, a temperature control system, a communication module, and electrical circuitry. The weather resistant housing includes a lockable door for providing access to a protected cavity configured for receiving a parcel for temporary secure storage of the parcel. The temperature control system selectively controls a temperature inside the protected cavity. The communication module receives delivery data including an estimated delivery time for the parcel. The electrical circuitry operates the temperature control system to adjust the temperature of the protected cavity to within a preferred temperature range prior to the estimated delivery time of the parcel and maintains the temperature for at least a specified period of time.

The present invention provides devices, systems and methods relating to a storage space of a residential consumer after the purchase of an article, and is particularly suitable for ensuring that the storage space to which the carrier delivers the purchase/parcel is a secured space. The secured space includes a receptacle etc. and the cover/door of the receptacle, and a locking mechanism installed on the receptacle and/or the cover/door, which can only be opened by authorized persons/devices. The locking mechanism may include a unique identification and be controlled by a secured device to unlock. The secured device can communicate with access management servers, authorized device or carrier device, etc. The receptacle may be disposed on a folding cart that can be placed outside the house by a lock mode fixing device, an attachment mode fixing device, an embed mode fixing device, a through mode fixing device or an implant mode fixing device. This allows a peace of mind for receiving and keeping the purchase/parcel delivered by a carrier and prevents porch pirates from happening.

An example collapsible secured parcel drop box is disclosed and includes a plurality of side panels defining an interior space, a back panel secured to the side panels, a lid movable between open and closed positions over the interior space and a lock assembly disposed on the lid for locking the lid in position to prevent opening of the lid. The disclosed example drop box also includes a bracket temporarily securing the parcel drop box to a fixed structure and an anti-rotation bracket to maintain a fixed position of the drop box relative to the fixed structure. The drop box collapsible for storage and removable from the door when not required.

A system for securely depositing an item includes: a deposit box with a door configured to provide selective access to an interior space in the deposit box; a lock mechanism configured to attach to the deposit box to selectively block the door from opening; a first proximity sensor operatively connected to the lock mechanism to operate the lock mechanism to block the door or allow the door to open; a second proximity sensor configured to be attached to at least one of: a delivery person and a piece of delivery equipment; a third proximity sensor; and a first transmitter operatively connected to the lock mechanism and configured to transmit a signal indicative of operating information regarding the lock mechanism, and wherein the deposit box is at least 18 inches wide and 24 inches long.

A vented package lockbox for securely storing delivered packages includes a housing forming an inner cavity. The housing has a plurality of vent apertures and a plurality of mounting apertures. The plurality of mounting apertures is configured to receive a plurality of fasteners to fix the housing to a porch or a stoop. A lid is coupled to the housing to cover and alternatively uncover the open top side. A lock is coupled to the housing and is electively engageable with the lid to maintain the lid in a closed position until unlocked. An emergency release is coupled to the lid and is in operational communication with the lock to unlock the lid from the inner cavity in case a child gets locked within the housing.

A system for securely depositing or retrieving an item includes: a deposit box with a door configured to provide selective access to an interior space in the deposit box; a lock mechanism configured to attach to the deposit box to selectively block the door from opening; and a proximity sensor operatively connected to the lock mechanism to operate the lock mechanism to allow the door to open.
