This invention involves a novel method, device, system and apparatus to receive, return or exchange packages and goods securely, and to monitor and control a parcel receptacle remotely. The invention comprises of a DoorBox and a Smart DoorBox and utilizes a parcel receptacle and a host of electronic features and Internet of things (IOT) technologies. The security, apparatus is connectable to any fixture, including to one or more parcel receptacles. The parcel receptacles can be secured via a physical cable and a security apparatus, or secured via connectivity to a wireless network. The parcel receptacles can also be secured via a GPS module, accelerometer and other technological devices inside parcel receptacle. The locking mechanism in the security apparatus and/or on the parcel receptacle can be of technological in nature using the latest advancements in IOT and other wireless technologies, or alternatively, involve simple locking mechanisms. The apparatus allows access to parcels to authenticated users only and involve many safety features including an audible alarm, mobile-app alerts, camera and a host of advanced features. The parcel receptacle can be integrated with smart home systems and can have a host of security features to monitor, alert any intruders.

This invention involves a novel method, device, system and apparatus to receive return or exchange goods and services at one's doorstep securely. The invention involves a novel security apparatus and a parcel receptacle. The security apparatus is connectable to any fixture, including to one or more parcel receptacles. The parcel receptacles can be of many types. The parcel receptacles can be secured via a physical cable and a security apparatus, or secured via connectivity to the wireless network of a parcel recipient. The parcel receptacles can also be secured via a novel GPS module, accelerometer and other technological devices inside parcel receptacle. Disclosed herein is a drone docking station for deposit of items/goods delivered by a drone to a secured receptacle. Items can be delivered to a receptacle at a curb, mailbox, post, porch, in-ground vault, and window to a multi-parcel receptacle with an expanding floor/accordion station that has a specific residential/commercial address with various optional features. Features include communication systems between the station and drone; security; hot and cold temperature control and preservation of the goods before and after delivery; battery charging and exchange station; a collector to identify explosive materials, anthrax, etc.; ultraviolet system to eradicate disease, virus and harmful materials; an ozone applicator to eradicate disease, virus and harmful materials; weather monitoring; tag and track of vehicles and packages; facial recognition camera and software for pets and humans; and local two-way speakers; LED lights that strobe flash, and a flood light.
Landing Pad for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Delivery
A landing pad receives and stores packages delivered from an aerial vehicle are awaiting pickup from an aerial vehicle. The landing pad can be placed outside of a window and can contain a transmitter for sending out an identification signal via radio frequency to aid aerial vehicles in finding the landing pad. The landing pad contains a landing platform with a trapdoor that leads to a storage compartment. The trapdoor can be configured to only open when it receives a signal from an authorized aerial vehicle. The storage compartment can be accessed via a storage compartment door which can contain a locking mechanism. The storage compartment can be climate controlled. The landing pad can also have a transmitter that emits sounds to discourage animals from nesting on or near the landing pad. The landing pad can also include a solar power generator as a source of electrical energy.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PHARMACEUTICAL PACKAGE DELIVERY
A pharmaceutical package for carrying a pharmaceutical container includes a first housing and a second housing in the first housing. The second housing defines a compartment sized and shaped to receive and carry the pharmaceutical container. A gas chamber is disposed between the first and second housings. The gas chamber is configured to hold a gas in an inflated state of the gas chamber. A passage extends from the first housing to the second housing and defines a passageway extending there-between to allow the pharmaceutical container to be positioned in the compartment of the second housing by moving the pharmaceutical container through the passageway. One or more supports are connected to and extending between the first housing and the second housing. The one or more supports secure and hold the second housing in the first housing.

Secure package delivery container and method
Disclosed herein is a secure package delivery container for receiving an article that does not require credentials to be input by the delivery person. The storage container comprises a container having a door secured by a user engageable locking device operable to be locked without credentials and upon input from the user. A lock activation device is operatively coupled to the user engageable locking device for receiving input from the user. A communications device is provided to communicate with an external device to report the state of the container, activation of the lock, and to receive instructions to lock or unlock the container. A sensing device is provided for identifying the presence of an object in the container. Additionally, sensors are provided to determine the location of container and the presence of delivery personnel. A user engageable opening device is provided to open or close the door when the user engageable locking device is in an unlocked state.
