Garage door parcel receptacle
The present invention relates to a parcel receptacle device that allows for securely receiving packages and transferring the packages to the interior side of a wall or door which the parcel receptacle device is attached. This device is comprised of a plurality of elements including an interior mounting plate, an exterior mounting plate, a housing and a drawer. The housing and drawer may be detached from an interior mounting plate that is affixed to the wall or door. This device also provides an auto-locking door that automatically closes when the housing and drawing are detached. Accordingly, the auto-locking door securely closes the opening in the garage door, which previously allowed the drawer to slide through. The receptacle can later be reattached by unlocking the auto-locking door and then raising it upward. Once it is raised up to a pre-determined position, the housing and drawer may then be reattached to the interior mounting plate.

SECURED PARCEL DELIVERY SYSTEM
A secured parcel delivery system for creating temporary access through a door for delivered parcels includes a door. The door has a portal aperture which extends therethrough. The portal aperture includes a perimeter edge. A panel is pivotably attached to the perimeter edge. The panel is positionable in an open condition which exposes the portal aperture or in a closed condition which covers the portal aperture. A driver mechanism actuates the panel alternatingly between the open condition and the closed condition. A locking mechanism is attached to and releasably locks the panel when the panel is in the closed condition. The locking mechanism is actuated to an unlocked condition which allows the panel to be moved to the open condition or a locked condition which restrains the panel in the closed condition.

Parcel box
A parcel box includes a lid, a container, and a self-closing module. The self-closing module is connected to the lid and includes a contacting part arranged inside the container. When a parcel is placed into the container, the contacting part is pushed downward, and the lid-closing module drives the lid to close on the container.

ISOLATING DISPENSER APPARATUS
A dispenser is mounted in an aperture formed in a partition to dispense goods from a first party on one side of the partition to a second party on the other side of the partition. Multiple trays are disposed on a rotating mechanism to move a selected tray from a position near the first party, such as an employee at a food service, and a second party, such as the customer. Subsequently, the tray can be moved linearly outward toward the second party to thereby position goods within reach of the second party without the need for close proximity or contact between the parties.

Package receiving device
A specially designed package receiving device configured to facilitate automatic receipt and notification of packages while preventing unauthorized ingress and egress there-through. The package receiving device includes a frame affixed to an existing support surface, an access panel pivotally coupled to the frame and being selectively rotated along clockwise and counterclockwise directions, a handle affixed to an upper exterior section of the access panel, a plurality of slats pivotally affixed to an interior side of the frame, a box for mail pivotally coupled to the interior side of the upper panel, and a dampening mechanism for providing greater resistive force against rotation of the access panel in the clockwise direction and less resistive force against rotation of the access panel in the counterclockwise direction.
